- It's terrifying how Peter Kibaara, described how his wife was lynched by villagers on the Daily Nation.
The excerpt for the Nation reads:
“One tyre was put around her waist and the other around her neck….all along she had remained seated…I screamed when I saw a youth douse the tyres with petrol…My wife’s eyes looked very terrified and the beatings had left her very weak…I loathed society.
Mr Kibaara says that his wife was killed by villager, where they live: Kiamikoe, Kahuro Murang'a County. He says that she was killed by people he knows, people he saw with his very own eyes.
I caught up with Mr Kibaara and as we watch his story, may our hearts burn with a such a desire to demand for justice! The killers of Mama Kuria must be brought to book! #JusticeforMamaKuria
Mama Kuria didn't deserve to die in such a manner! Let's demand justice for her. Let's move this #justiceformamakuria

This is so painful 😢it reminds me of my late uncle who suffered the same fate after he was accused of stealing he was killed and burnt a live but mungu akawachilia mvua akapoa .....he was taken to the hospital but he died after two day due to internal breeding and the burns.....no one was arrested and the story was forgotten....But l know Kuna ultimate judge who offer justice to the innocent and that is the Mighty God

Such a thing once happened in my village. It involved a man who was accused of witchcraft. Some suspects were arrested but the case is still dragging in court. However, God has already dealt with some of those who were not arrested. Right now they are six foot under the soil having suffered funny illnesses and accidents. Still waiting for justice to be served in court.

Coming Saturday 25/3/2023, Njoroge, my father will bury his 2 sons. We have had them in mortuary since 5th Feb 2023. They were burnt by known people, we have sought for justice in all the offices we know. No one has been arrested. Mungu yupo na iko siku. Ndung'u and Ken, haunt them till they beg death to take them.
