Hi ma'am. Once the CV is shortlisted in Big 4s or any of these firms, do we get to go for the interview directly or is there another aptitude test? How do candidates with commerce with non-math backgrounds go about that?
As a part qualified ACCA (9 papers) I got a job with 4 LPA (Australian bookkeeping). I am not sure whether this is going to link with what I am supposed to work in the stream after finishing the ACCA 😅 Please guide me. (Now I have all PERs signed off and 3 yr time claimed)
She is talking about both for affiliate based upon various fields. If audit then 4.5 otherwise can be higher on average 7lacs. However for member minimum in fields other than audit it is 8.5.
@@tashwitagupta7031 But part qualified also getting 4 to 5 lakh (my personal experience, a big 8 offered it) and she is saying affiliates also getting the same. And if member ( meaning 3 year experience) getting 8.5 lakh then its less because a fresher CA gets 11 lakhs at big 4.
Part qualified is getting 3-4 L And 8 is minimum not maximum. It is very subjective for alll fields we can’t quantify one. As an ACCA member also it depends on which field you have experience in 3 years.

Acca will have problem in taxation field??
Not a problem but in Big4 in India usually CAs work in tax because ACCAs know the UK tax
