( but atleast the Deputy's camera could show if there was snow on the Alberts lawn ? ) JOK was found on a layer of snow so if he was killed at prox 12.20 and there wasn't enough snow, his body was dropped much later on that location..

I’m confused how some folks have come to the conclusion that this case should be a guilty verdict. From my perspective, there is way too much reasonable doubt. The defense doesn’t need to solve the case and definitively prove who killed JOK/when he died/how he died/etc. The defense needs to show *any* amount of reasonable doubt. I can accept points that the defense made. And I think that the prosecution has not been able to smooth over all of those points. Verdict is based on the presence of reasonable doubt. I think that people who hold onto a single point while covering their ears/eyes to all other points are not considering all of the evidence. The defense doesn't have to prove innocence the prosecution has the burden of proving guilt, which they most certainly have not done. What's really sad is you're basically saying if it was you on the hot seat you would be OK with all the corruption and the the lack of evidence proving your guilt beyond a reasonable doubt and wouldn't want good defense lawyers representing you.
Any trial where the Feds have done their own independent trial following their own independent investigation is not something the defense just cooked up! Disorientated dipped to alcohol and the impact, he fell down again, cracking his head on the curb. He got up again, bleeding profusely and losing consciousness, pulled his phone out of his pocket as he began staggering towards the home for help to survive this maniacal woman as he fought for his life. Unfortunately, he only made it 15-20 feet before dropping his phone and falling to his final resting spot. He was alive for hours afterwards as his brain swelling and hypothermia caused his death. All the evidence points to this, even the location of the taillight pieces. The taillight pieces, only 2 to 3 in total initially, fell to the asphalt and were ran over multiple times by first responders and the traveling public before the snowplow came by in the late morning, pushing the snow and everything underneath it onto a wide area of the front lawn. The prosecution made a huge mistake with their theory of the case. It was impossible to recreate this murder, yet tat is extol what they tried to do for this jury. No jury is going to buy the story the Trooper Paul was selling. I’m still holding out hope for a conviction, but after Trooper Paul, I’m a lot less confident than I was.
