  • The Hoffman Process is an intensive week-long residential course that promotes personal discovery and development. Founded in 1967, and with 17 Institutes in 14 countries, Hoffman has already helped more than 96,000 people worldwide. In the UK, we've been running courses in secluded country house retreats for over 20 years, with each individual’s confidentiality and safety as our priority.
Your past doesn't have to define your present. The Hoffman Process' combination of intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual work provides an all-round approach to resolving many of life’s problems, from depression, anxiety and addiction to generally feeling 'fed up of feeling fed up.'
We hope you enjoy watching our videos, and if you're serious about change, we're here to help - www.hoffmaninstitute.co.uk

Attending this astonishing course changed my life ... no doubt about it. If you're serious about change then this is definitely the best course out there - superbly balanced, therapeutic, challenging and yet nurturing all at the same time. The facilitators are exceptional - holding the space beautifully and lovingly. Not once did I feel unsafe. So many thanks to Tim Lawrence, Serena Gordon, Ginger Buckley, Simon Matthews, Tom and Mairi .... I'm a different person because you all cared enough to help me through it. xx

Sounds interesting, might look into if there is a book. The residence is totally out of my budget, irony the reason you head is so ****** & not working is the reason you need to explore into.

I gotto sort out something in my head. Don't want antidepressants, got to have tablets for adhd but treatments like talking/cognitive therapies are always best. Think a coach might be good?

I will look into this thankyou. I'm always holding back & self-doubting, sure it is from early attachment issues.
