Thankfully all of the guys who flipped broke no gear on the way in. We were well prepared and stored all of the valuable stuff inside the hull, and nothing was sitting on the deck
It was stated that the triathlon would interfere with getting in the road , but it was a lot easier than first expected after we got down there. Wasn’t too hard to do anyway
Nice video. ..goto say though, the nz yakkers would hate the Queensland, Australia's offshore kayak fishing comps..i been doing one of them since 2013 and every year is like 15-35knots with 2-4m swell. And we still do it lol. But great effort.
Yuck, i normally will only go fishing if the wind is between 0 and 10 . Competitions definitely push you when the weather is another part of the equation.
Good fishing man.
Good stuff Blair, I know how hard you worked to get those prizes. Well done bro!
I appreciate it!
Great video. Love the live baits. I would never want to trash all my stuff fliping over like that.

How come you didn’t park at boat ramp instead of walking so far to launch on Sunday
