From the backwoods of Alabama to the pinnacle of the PGA Tour with a few stops in jail along the way, he truly is one of the most interesting men we've met.

Well said, many RUclipsrs would love to do unique content but are terrified of a video miss, this type of gold video is very different than the videos that perform well on a consistent basis with top RUclipsr Golfers. Hoping Dan recognizes this and doesn’t get too down when a video doesn’t perform well.

I’m going through my own personal battles at the moment and Will has been someone I recently came across that makes me believe I can get my life back on track and not lose myself. It’s not easy sharing your losses and struggles and being that vulnerable but it’s really helped myself and probably some more be able to find someone relatable that have gone through personal battles but overcame them and found peace🙏
Honestly could watch a weekly episode with Will, What an interesting character! Golf needs more guys like him.
Will has a podcast which looks like he's put on the shelf at least temporarily while caddying, but plenty of back episodes.
Will gave me a couple lessons in early 2022 and he was such a nice guy. Hopped out his car for a playing lesson and birdied the first hole no practice swings or any type of stretching. He was so down to earth and so nice
From a former addicts perspective this video is by far the best one so far! Very very interesting things coming from what sounds like a great guy!

I play the muni almost every day in the summer and there’s a ton of other juniors that do as well. Always see Will practicing out there and talked to him the other day about this video and his life. Super down to earth guy and just seemed really thankful for this video and really super nice guy in general

Honestly knowing him now makes me want SungJae Im to continue to kill it. I already liked him as a player but now I like him even more knowing Willy is on his bag and reading all his putts
a few years back at The Valspar I met Mr. Wilcox and thought what a breath of fresh air he is. I was volunteering in the practice area for the tournament and he walked up to me and just started talking. Which I thought was quite nice. I hope he continues his recovery and finds his peace.

He is every guy at every country club and I love it.
I learned how to golf in San Diego but after moving to SC, this was my home course. Every hole brings back so many memories from both a great and troubling time in my life. My first birdie happened here and so much time spent with my father while he was going through a terrible divorce. I’m so happy this was the golfer that you spent time here with Dan, it made my month hearing his struggles while watching this course. Thank you.

You can’t help but root for a guy like this. Seems like such a cool genuine dude that made some mistakes and if he wasn’t so good at golf the ways he coped with his life and stress are pretty common across the world. Hope and wish him well in the future 🤙

Really liked to see this further fleshing out of Dan's piece "Sugar Daddies of the PGA Tour". Loved Dan's work through "Local Knowledge" at GD and its really nice that he's able to dive in to these types of stories while at Barstool.

This guy had such a unique & cool swing when he was on tour. I loved the open stance he use to use when he was playing regularly. I believe he was the best ball striker on tour at one time.

Dan I like you a lot and think you’re a good addition to the pod but this is you at you’re best. This and Side gig are examples of things foreplay did not have before. You may not be a tour player but you’re knowledgeable enough to have real golf conversations with these guys and it’s incredible entertainment.
