Note: At higher Graphic settings such as Epic and High there isn't going to be much of a difference as those FPS are mostly from the GPU, however as the graphics lower the more the computer starts to rely on the CPU. SO if you don’t see much of a difference then just wait till the lower graphics. Also you may see that the Ryzen 7 9800X3D has worse 1% Lows but this is just because its new and needs to be optimized even more. This CPU has more potential, however, we’ll just have to wait for the 5090 to see what it can really do. Also if you plan on getting the 9800X3D then make sure you have a Really good GPU(4070 or Better), even the RTX 4090 bottlenecks with this Monster CPU. Hi, quick question. Did you manually tune your timings with DDR5? I used bullzoid with a Hynix A die kit DDR5 6000 cl30 1.35V, and saw major improvements to 1% lows over my old Samsung based ddr5 6000 cl36 kit. I have a 7700x and 4070, and play at 1440p 170hz. Is it even worth dropping resolutions and going to a 1080p 360hz with a 9800x3d? Or not really, since I play a mix of Fortnite, multiplayer, and single player games.
I play on 1080p 540hz and I’m about to receive my 9800x3d. My GPU is a top bin RTX 3080. Do you think my GPU is good enough to run fortnite performance mode? Or should I get a new GPU. Also did you tweak your CPU at all? Like overclocking or pbo2
Can you do a performance mode test on a full game. I need to see the performance in actual POIs and stuff. Also could you compare it to a 9950x? Thanks for the video
@@luisnoefranco8715 Hello there 👋 so yes once more people get the 9800x3d, we will see what the best optimizations for it are and get better performance
Okay the game is just very poorly optimized. I thought it was just me but I shouldn't be getting 1% lows under 100fps it's super annoying. Happens with a 9800x3d what the hell do we need to get the 1% lows to be over 100.
@@RexoFN That’s somewhat true however there is no other way to do a comparison, doing this shows the differences between the 2 since it’s in the exact same situation. I’ll be uploading videos of how it performs in full game so ppl can see its actual performance. And also for the most part this is its actual performance, the only major fps difference in replays vs Games, is in performance mode, you could get anywhere from 450-650 fps in a game rather than 650-800 fps

@@YMS410 So the higher the resolution the more your computer relies on the gpu, like if I did a 7800x3d vs 9800x3d in 4K then there would maybe be a 1-5% fps difference.
