Best way to avoid getting duplicates of books unintentionally is to make a list of all of your books. If you already have more then, say, 50ish books will it take an eternity? Yes, will it be worth it in the end? Also yes, because then you don’t magically end up with multiple copies of the same book. Another good idea would be to have a list of books that you want to buy, especially if you don’t have the space/money for more books. This way, you can keep track of books that you find interesting and get them later, or maybe add them to a wishlist for people to get as presents for special events
I have a couple non spicy fantasy romance books if that will interest you? The Wrath and the Dawn and the Rose and the Dagger by Renee Ahdieh. VERY good books and there’s only 2 in the series. (This next one might get a little confusing) There are 2 separate series that I am obsessed with, the 2nd being my favorite. They don’t focus on the same main characters but certain people make an appearance and it’s really fun to read. The first series is the remnant chronicles by Mary E. Pearson. Book 1 is the kiss of deception, book 2 is the heart of betrayal, and book 3 is the beauty of darkness. After that series, comes a two book series that is my favorite of all time. Dance of Thieves and Vow of Thieves. If you’ve read both series then you might want to check out MORRIGHAN The Beginnings of the Remnant Universe, a short book about the history of the world, using characters that we learned about throughout the other books. Daughter of the Pirate King and Daughter of the Siren Queen by Tricia Levenseller is a 2 book pirate romance. (Very good) Sorcery of Thorns by Margaret Rogerson is a standalone. (There is also a short story written that happens after the book ends called Mysteries of Thorn Manor) And finally, an Enchantment of Ravens also by Margaret Rogerson. (A standalone) Knowing my luck you’re probably not into fantasy romance, but if you are, I hope you find some of these helpful!
