The point of the restaurant is to go there and experience rude customer service, not to have an excuse to go and insult staff members. If you cant handle it, dont go. I dont know why on earth anyone would go to one of these restaurants anyway

I think the entire concept of this diner is boring, devoid of sincere comedic value and cringeworthy. That said, if the whole concept is to be rude, then this is a stupid rule. You can’t really have rules on insults if the whole concept is based on being insulting. I don’t think anybody should call one another fat in a restaurant but if we’re theming the restaurant on insults specifically then it should be fair game.
If someone's that offended by getting called "fat", then they need to touch grass cause there's far worse things in the world to be called lol.
