The blue is awesome. I painted my workroom walls blue after lots of research told me that blue is the best colour for creative spaces, as it apparently promotes mental clarity and assists mental focus. Sounds crazy, but colour is important for creating the right atmosphere. Hope that small looking heat pump has enough capacity for such a large volume of space to heat / cool. 🤓
@@UnexpectedMaker I feel your pain, my hips, my hips that have never given my trouble, hate renovating work. Not to forget my back, which I know was in the wings just waiting for it's time to complain.
At least if we unfortunately experience another component shortage due to another disease from China, you appear to have a promising career in property renovation, you're doing an excellent job and your right about the blue it really is striking.
I have been catching up all the new UM spce videos atm, because of being very busy with work, but this looks amazing mate! Very cool to see you and your business growing and growing. You are doing incredible!
Looking good, Seon. Very nice. I wasn't sure about your colour choices when you mentioned them but now that I see them, 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Those sky lights work very well.
For your notebook that has a bad battery. Why not build a battery pack that goes between the laptop charger and laptop? It would work like a UPS for the laptop...
That's a full-on professional workspace that is.................VERY NICE!
Professional? Hahaha, not really, but considering how much time I'll spend here, I want to enjoy being in the space

So much natural light, worked great! Very cool
Looking incredible mate, lots of work but well worth it. I bet your body is glad of the sleep each night.
Cheers David - Yeah, I'm really feeling my age every night after a full day of renovating. Pain and aches in places I didn't know existed!

Hahaha, not a chance - I really don't enjoy renovating.
Looks great man!
Looks nice 🙂
Looking good
Nice color scheme! I notice a big difference in the echo reduction.
Thanks! yeah, the ceiling tiles have a good sound dampening rating and have helped with the echo quite a lot. Not perfect, but pretty good.
"Sooo, will you be streaming from upstairs?" ..."I dunno, it's a grey area..."
hahahaha - good one!
Looks incredible Seon, you’ve really done an amazing job!
Seon, that’s looking amazing. Definitely have “finish envy,” as my shop is just a semi-roughed mess. Nicely done!
It only looks nicely finished from a distance ;)

I always knew ;)
I see what the m stands for - Seon just makes it ... not really unexpected 👍 😁
Still totally unexpected to me... believe it or not!
Hard work is paying off, looking great. Super excited for you.
Cheers mate!
Looking great!

No need, I have a long power cable, and my MacBook is usually only used at home, and I'll have my main computer at the new place soon!
Haha I wouldn’t be able to resist finishing the sun panel myself, at least in temporary fashion.
Blimey how much does all this cost !!! ? looks great Seon !!!.....cheers.
Too much, but not more than required.
looking amazing. pull the tape off while it's still wet
Yeah, I learnt that yesterday, after it was too late - hahaha - I now know for my next renovation :)
I'm sorry to say but those network cables stuck around the pipe are making my OCD go mad. for the rest the place looks great
They'll be under desks - wont be visible. I'm ok with this considering it saved around 25m of expensive CAT6A cable.
so soon your garage will be empty, nice🙂
