    Hi Nicky, do what you must to get yourself feeling better, I feel for you I really do.
    Take some time so you feel better physically and mentally. Knowing you’ve got a video to do is a lot of pressure when you’re feeling overwhelmed with stuff.

    I feel this is what happens when your life revolves around food
    I changed my mind set etc I’m not on a diet every day of my life
    I’m just cutting down if I want cake I’ll have a slice just a smaller portion etc I’ve lost 3 stone eat what you want
    In moderation otherwise this dieting every day 52weeks year will get you down big time Cheers up you have a lovely wee family all us folks out there are rooting for you here for you

    What I do Nicky is stay on plan for 5 days and then I give myself 2 days of eating healthy but I enjoy a few treats but i don't count the calories, it's stops the cravings and I still loose weight, I only give myself 1200 kcal for 5 days which is hard but know its only for 5 days.

    Bless ya Nicky…. I start every day determined to get my act together, and I always have a healthy on plan breakfast… it only takes one thing to knock me off…. Never be sorry for telling the truth about how you feel, we all have good days and shite days… life happens 🤔 you keeping being you, we all love you for your honesty…. Jx

    Hi Nicky, before you said anything about it I was going to suggest that you took a break for a couple of days or even the week to get your head right. I think you need to be clear about why you want to lose the weight and I think you need to plan around that goal because it’s not easy, is it? And you’ve got the added pressure of filming for us - which we love - but it’s an extra thing for you to think about. Maybe it’s worth considering just doing a weekly vlog rather than a daily one until you’re back in your stride?
    I’ve mentioned this before but you really need to menu plan and prep all your meals for the week. I think it will give you a sense of control and accomplishment and hopefully minimise any snacking.
    As some others have said here, it might be worth having a chat with your doctor and get some blood tests done.

    I understand what you are saying by if your not feeling good and eating something makes you feel better however the circle goes round even if eating healthy options you feel bad as calorie count is higher/not managed a walk or you have ate more than planned....it is a hard one as each one thing leads on to the other.
    I do not know your age but up and down moods/energy can be peri menopausal worth discussing possibly with Practice Nurse who deals with Women's Health or Gp.
    I have had a challenging week and today a day from hell.
    Trying to stay on SW been so hard I don't tend to eat I am opposite I miss meals so like today I had breakfast lunch and dinner I was really I don't want but fir me that is where problem lies as not eating enough causes weight gain as well.
    I have forced myself to have soup at lunch and straight after made dinner so all I had to do was re heat. Now at 9pm I am glad I have cleaned teeth and can go today was hell but gotc3cmeals in tomorrow will be better I might actually want and enjoy meals.
    We all have our different struggles ❤ x

      Oh Nick I’m upset for you, it’s awful watching you suffer. I can see the anxiety this is causing. Maybe have a few days off filming. There are a lot going on for you.
      You must take care of your wellbeing.
