It is hard to train a Shih Tzu. My mom has one, what we did in the beginning was take him out every 1 hour. From there, he’d have accident every now and then. But overall he stopped because for him I imagine that it became uncomfortable to have to wait until we got back to clean it up. Another thing we got him a small cage so he didn’t have room to do it in a corner and lay down on the other end of the cage.
Great video btwww❤ and as for your concerns for Shih Tzus…. They are one of the worst dog breeds to have. I have had one for 13+ years and i have a similar problem to yours. I’ve talked to many people about him and they all say it’s in their nature to act like that :(.
