Secret World was made and used for the Anniversary stream where the JMods said that is where they forced accounts that were caught in bot busting to login, making a show out of whacking them before banning them to see what their banks looked like.
They did a bot busting stream on that world and said its for bots and jmods only. Maybe they will test updates on it before the other worlds since they always have bugs
World 400 is what they use for the mod bot busting. Some poor fool on reddit admitted to bot use now every time a login is attempted the game defaults to 400 but the account isn't mem at this time so it's on an apparently constant log loop.

He was able to logg in, spawned in at lumby (last logged ge) and still had his bank lmao? So i think jagex is showing fake (bot bans) to look good for the community.

Cold one cannot complete GM on a zerk because you need to wear dharok at hydra and barrows at ToB
These both only restrict the weapon to barrows/dharok axe, not the armour.
There’s already multiple zerkers with zuk helm. They can do all CA’s.
