Ayushman, please don't ever change. You're best the way you are. Your laid back character appeals more to us. Don't be single screen, Multiplex is more POSH :p
5:49 Rajkumar Rao, Ayushmann, Pankaj Tripathi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Vidya Balan, ..... Just tremendously proving Parineeti wrong. Without having cliched body, face, and hero type acting skills, this man Ayushmann is just on the roll .
Most of the people you mentioned aren’t mainstream stars and most of them are men. People easily accept unconventional men but women are expected to be glamorous. In fact, you unknowingly proved Parineeti’s point.
Not saying that these women are not pretty but they don't exactly fit the "conventionally beautiful" box like Richa Chaddha, Swara Bhaskar, Radhika Apte, and Nimrat Kaur and are immensely talented! People will forget actresses that go for big budget movies for insignificant rules but will remember amazing performances in small movies.
Anupama is such a great journalist. Truly someone who loves films, and understands the syntax and dynamic of film. She asks the best questions and is keenly interested in the answers. Absolutely love love love her💕❤️
i use to like parineeti ... she obviously looks better n sharper now but i donno who is speaking out of her ... on the other hand iam not a fan of ayushman but here it was so good to know him n his simplicity is inspirational .
Hopeasha .... katrina has gain wide critical acclaim for her stellar performance in films like raajneeti , ajab prem , namastey London , zero , mere bro ki Dulhan , newyork , ek tha tiger , tiger zinda hai , Bharat ... etc ...whenever she has got a good script and a good role ... she had nailed it ...but how will you act when you have 5 minrole in films like dhoom 3 and thugs of Hindustan
both of them having great acting talent. I really liked Parineeti's performance in Hasee to Phasee and Ayushman's performance in Dum Lage ke Hayesha. hoping to see them in their upcoming film 👍
so true!! I think that's the problem with all these new actors (not just her), its all about social media, how many followers u have, what ur wearing, brand endorsements, attending "fixed" award shows etc etc, the ones who are genuinely passionate about acting don't get the right opportunities!
lenor abargill alia has got herself sorted. she doesn't need to brag about her "weight loss", social media, etc time and again. she knows she's talented. end of the story. but others, its true.
Sad to see the new shallow parineeti. Loved her the way she was before. She was sweet , beautiful and believe it or not hot. All of this stemmed from the fact that she was real and relatable. I loved her the way she was. RIP bollywood's last girl next door.
After having seen meri pyari bindu, it's so funny that pari asked ayushmam how to act, it rather should have been other way around considering how superficial she was with her "filmy" acting and it was only because of ayushmann that emotions looked authentic. Love you ayushmann It was your career best performance.
Parineeti's opinions did seem a little convoluted especially her talk abour 'filmy acting'. She's a phenomenal acting talent and I really hope she doesn't alter the way she acts. Also unfortunately its true that to be a mainstream star you need to have a certain body and because two of her films didn't work she had to succumb to this. I hope the success of meri pyaari bindu brings back your original self!
Interesting how Parineeti's recent thinking absolutely doesn't resemble her past good movie choices. She's running after the loud, spoonfeeding glamorous cinema that has been working for the past decades. The actors I admire today are more interested in improving their craft, in choosing cinema that not only entertains, but also offers newer, more meaningful content. Parineeti's past choices seemed to resemble those ideas, I loved her in all her films except Kill Dill. Her recent choices seem a little Sonakshi-esque/populist (back when Sonakshi was into the Rowdy Rathore or Rambo Rajkumar kind of shit). I'm more judgmental towards her because I used to love her script choices and looks. She's surely still a good actor but her choosing the 10th installment of those dumb Golmaal formula films really killed my liking for her a little bit. And now hearing this just confirms that. :(
JustAVoice Yes we have lost parineeti to this cruel industry. She had the potential to be one of the best actresses of this country. I hope she reads this because that is how much I believe in her.
I think she's just excited about her new look, give her a break. N she's just putting into words the thoughts of most actors. Hopefully she will calm down in a while n do movies that do justice to her acting talent!
Hopefully, although many of the things Parineeti said were quite the contrary of what Anupama was heading towards. By mentioning to Parineeti that she took off a year not to improve her acting, but to change her looks, she tried to give her the chance of going into the other direction where she brings in the sensibility that she prioritizes real acting but instead, she went for the opposite route. Just listening to her gives one a headache because there doesn't seem to be much room for passion in her way of perceiving the many musts in a Bollywood heroine's life (not an Indian actress' life!).
The thing is she just got derailed Earlier in her career she did gr8 work in ricky bahl or ishaqzaade But then whatevr happend she gained weight, lost a lot of hair and looked very underconfident and started doing overacting in movies. Looks like Parineeti needed a psychiatrist more than a plastic surgeon ! You don't need to have a ""perfect body" to wear shorts or two piece ? Look around the world & you'll see how regular women of all ages shapes & sizes are carrying themselves with confidence in their choice of clothing . Hopefully young girls don't adhere her kind of low self esteem. It's more important to be happy & healthy than to fit in a typical mold .
Rajasri Saraswat just count next time that how many of the regular women you see walking down the street can you see on screen .... i know its harsh but you dont go to the theaters today for just acting buddy... think about that once and also that even she needs to have an earning for herself .
Rajasri Saraswat such hypocrisy shown by her true. you should watch her old interviews where she's bashing reporters just cause they asked her about being healthy in the film industry, not meaning to hurt her. but you gotta see her reaction. not that losing weight and desiring a body is wrong, but when you're a public figure, you've gotta watch what you say/do. besides she really thinks "the whole film industry is iski baap ki and she's this adorable, beautiful, elegant pretty girl" she's clearly not both even after all that plastic surgery. (excuse my language)
vivek singh the very fact she got into the industry was because she was far and average looking. think about her roles. buddy. do u think with a face like that she could even be a side heroine?? smh. there are certain roles and you can't expect Katrina to do parineeti roles nor vice versa. she was relatable In other words. that's exactly what her brand was. like anushka's brand is this chilled tomboyish, etc. I was her fan because of the very reason. but not anymore.
Also with this whole debate on actors singing, I think if parineeti had started the trend of actors singing, it would have been respected. Because she is trained in classical music, unlike a certain alia and shraddha and ofcourse sonakshi ( her single is the worst)
In today's Bolly, Rajkumar Rao is great. Ayushmann Khurrana has got it all, looks, intelligence, singing voice, great actor, humble, sab kuch. Parineeti Chopra's selfies and body have changed but she's still a riot.
as a young girl who is at an impressionable age and admires Parineeti (not after this interview tho), hearing somebody as influential as Parineeti talk about how because of her weight she couldnt wear certain clothes, etc, it just sends the wrong message. also, acting first and foremost is just about that, acting, being a good performer. I remember there was a time when everyone was pitting alia and pari against each other but everyone would generally say pari is going to have a brighter future because she is a good actor and has good command over her language etc. With the new and young and fresh talent that is coming today, pari has to change her mysogynistic approach and move beyond weight and image.
Its not Parineeti’s fault. The audience are the one who are more interested in actresses that are slim and pretty. I mean look at Katrina Kaif. Parineet is 100 times more talented but Katrina is way more popular.
Just because she expresses herself in more animated way, that doesn't make her silly or something else, it's her way of speaking! U can't ask people to be the way u want them to! She's fine!! PARI we love you ❤
Ayushmann has this look on the face which tells his personality, when this Pari lady answers to questions as though she's a great actress already. Such calm composure of Ayushmann shows off that he is mature and a great actor even when he's silent, but it doesn't happen with Pari madam even if she's shouting away her lungs out. Empty vessels make more noise....All the time you know!

i liked parineeti's acting in ishaqzaade and hasee toh phasee... don'r know what happened to her... instead of improving she deteriorated... though namaste england is a terrible film and i didn't bother watching it from the trailer alone it seemed that instead of acting she was reciting her lines... i hope she will work on her acting as much as she worked on her fitness... although i don't think she was unhealthily overweight prior this...
Yeah, tell them to the filmmakers. If that so-called perfect body wouldn't require then why many actresses go through diet and intense workouts? Those who do not have perfect have always been criticized by everyone.
The audience of India is very shallow, especially when it comes to woman. In a ideal world, only acting will be the basis of whether or not someone becomes successful on celluloid. But it order to become an mainstream heroine, you have to mold yourself to look a certain way it only makes business sense. She’s just being practical, which people in this comment section are not getting.
Decent ayushmaan 😘😘😘😘😘 and your movies seriously all are like wow ... andhadhun and badhai ho 😘😘😘 love you ayushmaan ... now m waiting more and more movies
As (good) actors, when they are giving interviews infront of Impressionable aspirant actors, they should talk about their craft and experiences while making movies, not about weight loss regimes, marketing and a particular kind of fashion sense.
become an actor is not easy... 1. When you overweight people will talk about how bad is your weight...(the circle2 things is annoying man...good look become bad because of that circle...) when you loss your weight people said they dont like your new look... 2. When actress in simple style not interest in any fashion things...people will comment on their looks... when actress learn to become more stylish people comment again, fashion is not important for actress and give bad influent for the audience... 3. When actress not in social media people ask "when will you join on twitter etc" (for example Rani Mukerji, people ask her for join sosmed everytime she is on interview or live chat...I am Rani Mukerji Fans that's why i know)... When actress active on sosmed...people said sosmed is not important you should focus on your acting skill... and also when their sosmed only showing a promotion of their film, people also complaining about their feeds on their sosmed is so boring... 4. When actress have very high quality acting...she is top of all actress...but she is not do any event...the film not successful ...their film flop because not many people know about their film...people will talk about her as a flop actress... when they promote it...people talk again about them that they are dumb because they not focus on their acting job... 5. When actor being selective, people will said bad things about their decision...he / she reject this...he / she said no for act (example) with SRK with SK or bla bla bla... Every decision cannot make all people happy...if you truly like someone you will also like all her / his decision in their life...why everybody become someone who is expert on everything, so you able to critics everything...can you replace him / her and being a PERFECT actor / actress? she is dumb or you are the dumb one? will see later...
@@madhuraghoshmukherjee7114 Everyone's loud and fun with their friends and all but this is supposed to be an interview. As a professional actor, she should know better about how to speak so that her voice gets recorded well.
Parineeti is desi type of girl by look and she is so simple and fearless to explain whatever she owns...I personally like her face cut she is more beautiful than many other female actresses in Bollywood industry. One thing I would say that she must work with actors like Shahrukh,Salman, aamir to get more conscious about her acting and personality as a heroine. She has good future in the industry
Parenita loves loud acting that's why she is acting miserably cause it's not the 70s or 80s otherwise she would still be hit and the only time I liked her acting was in Ishqzaade And Hasee Tou Phansi
What pari said is correct.. every line is correct about d weight..... every time c is criticized for her weight..c only knows how c must have felt ... looks matter every where..it really matters...1st of all if u look good u will become more confident..so don't judge guys u never know what c must have gone through..... Ayushman is bliss..
I think Pari was very honest in her explanations. Of course she would be forced to lose out on certain roles and clothes if she was considered overweight. No one wants to see an overweight person in skimpy clothes, least of all the overweight person her/himself. And Bollywood is a competitive place - she was regularly turned down for heroine roles and was told so by directors that the reason was her weight. She wants to get the plum roles, look good, feel good and rock her clothes. What the hell is wrong with that?? NOTHING. Pari - if you're reading this, please ignore these haters on RUclips ... these same people lambasted you when you weighed more, and now are criticizing you for losing weight, and openly discussing why you did it (when being asked a question in an interview). KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO PARI!! LOTS OF LOVE FROM TORONTO.
I always thought Pari is intelligent, based on her early movie choices. She does not seem intelligent anymore. She has changed. That is sad. In contrast Ayushman is really intelligent, yet humble and non judgmental
Ayushmann literally got plastic surgery. Parineeti just lost weight. Not that there is anything wrong with plastic surgery, but clearly he cares about looks just as much. He was just pandering to the audience. Wanting to look good ( especially when you have been bullied for your weight and looks like Parineeti ) doesn’t make her less intelligent.
Ayushmann is so calm and composed and parineeti on the other hand is overly hyperactive makes no sense..she is trying to gain attention for no good reason.
I loved Meri Pyaari Bindu.......it's my love.....but Hello! Anupama Chopra mam.... Please talk about 'acting'.....acting as a craft.....how did they make this film? How did they get into their characters? How was it decided to keep Kolkata or say Bong as a backdrop? How?How is the film so beautifully shot? who's done the cinematography?Talk cinema...... Asking the "depressing" questions won't make your channel fly more,......,I hope you implement it in your other interviews.......
31:25 the shahrukh khan philosophy wich parineeti follows is the reasons why half of the Bollywood's new age actors are hopeless and misguided ..in hindi we say''inka kuch nahi ho sakta hai....inka beda garkk hai....
Parineeti comes across as a poor little rich girl :( she has everything but is trapped in its misery vs truly being herself and enjoying the process vs. confirming to expectations
I have been a fan of Parineeti since Ishaqzaade, and all the people are going so freakin critical on her. Can indians for once keep their judgment glasses down. She is working so hard on her, She looks fitter more styled and sings awesome. Appreciate it. She deserves the adoration, atleast not all the flak, indians need to be less mean.
She talked too much ,I wanted to listen Ayushman but She took all time ......Parinita's movie choice & acting was better before her break, now she more focus on her looking than her acting
I'm left wanting for more of Ayushman. I want an extensive interview with him. He's so talented and 'sorted'.
rosun raj Can't Agree More, FC Team pleasd have an interview with Ayushmann
There's something so lovely and endearing about actors who are so laid back and sorted. Ayushman is one of those indivuals.

She’s just being practical, which people in this comment section are not getting.
Really looks dont matter?
Doesnt work in the real world bro
Do u think Katrina kaif is successful coz of her acting?
Decent ayushmaan 😘😘😘😘😘 and your movies seriously all are like wow ... andhadhun and badhai ho 😘😘😘 love you ayushmaan ... now m waiting more and more movies
Also, Parineeti thinks that, she is the only one who can speak! not giving a chance to ayushman.
When one doesn't get any films, this is what happens for publicity.... with Parineeti...
My goodness, success has gone to her head - I thought she was pretty smart until this interview
Naveen H her success has gone to your mind n u just can't tolerate it
Parineeti does not need to become like anyone , she was unique
As (good) actors, when they are giving interviews infront of Impressionable aspirant actors, they should talk about their craft and experiences while making movies, not about weight loss regimes, marketing and a particular kind of fashion sense.
anupama mam be like , what is she saying, this all just doesnt make any sense at all
become an actor is not easy...
1. When you overweight people will talk about how bad is your weight...(the circle2 things is annoying man...good look become bad because of that circle...)
when you loss your weight people said they dont like your new look...
Thata MongJi its just a reflection of d fact that ppl enjoy failures of a celebrity than his or her's success.. they just love to see them fail
why is Parineeti shouting?? i thought my volume was on max, when I checked it wasn't even half 🙉
Peep Pee 😂
Lol! No offence, but thats a Punjabi trait!
Parineeti has got over this stage and is a sorted out person nowdays.... Her success is just a matter of time
love both of them. There both so talented and sweet. can sing amazingly and act too.
Pari baby, you are sounding silly. The world is not all about you, think beyond.
Such a cringey interview... So many awkward moments cuz of parineeti "wanna be" chopra
Shes talking absolutely rubbish...why cudnt they interview only Ayushmann..He is inspiring...worth to listen him ...
Ayushmann had better answers! But I still like Parineeti. And wow they sang so well together! Parineeti sings much better than Shraddha and Alia
Meri pyari bindu is really a good movie. Very subtle and different
Parineeti is desperately trying to fit in.She has lost her originality which was her forte when she started.
Love Parineeti. Clearly a great actress but has got slotted in one type of role.
Parenita loves loud acting that's why she is acting miserably cause it's not the 70s or 80s otherwise she would still be hit and the only time I liked her acting was in Ishqzaade And Hasee Tou Phansi
18:45 is true love. 😂😂 she can't hide it. lol !
aww haha!
lol she was in arjun's fc talk too and people wouldn't stop commenting about her
What pari said is correct.. every line is correct about d weight..... every time c is criticized for her weight..c only knows how c must have felt ... looks matter every where..it really matters...1st of all if u look good u will become more confident..so don't judge guys u never know what c must have gone through.....
Ayushman is bliss..
At 8:15 Ayushmann just can't help smirking at Parineeti's dumbness
Now Ayushman is dumbass and nowhere in the industry after back to back disasters he thought he will be ranbir kapoor 😅😅 now he is Zayed khan
PARI MAM AND AYUSMAN SIR BOTH ARE SPEAKS VERY WELL I LOVED IT...😍.
I have not seen any interview of Anupama where she doesn't use 'sort of'. That's her favourite filler.
Too much high volume is considered as noise. Please somebody tell this to Parineeti chopra.
People judged by how they look are talking about the inherent talent! What an irony!
parineeti is very talented, her choice of films is very poor tho, I'm not looking forward to Bindu or Golmaal, n its a shame coz I really like her.
I hope you do one of these with Ranbir I can listen you interviewing him for hours! Also can I say I love parineeti's singing voice
Ayushman is much more sorted and intelligent than Parineeti
Ayushmann literally got plastic surgery. Parineeti just lost weight. Not that there is anything wrong with plastic surgery, but clearly he cares about looks just as much. He was just pandering to the audience. Wanting to look good ( especially when you have been bullied for your weight and looks like Parineeti ) doesn’t make her less intelligent.
the filmy thing that Parineeti is saying, is energy...even if you are working in a corporate office and in a meeting you have to put more energy
They sing at @38:10
finally someone gives her attention ... & she goes insane...
😂😂😂
Love Parineeti! She is super talented and feel strongly that she should have been signed for Judwaa 2.
How refreshingly genuine u r pari!!!!!
She has such a beautiful voice and he is so cool, like his vibe!
Ayushmann is so calm and composed and parineeti on the other hand is overly hyperactive makes no sense..she is trying to gain attention for no good reason.
You might think she's silly but she's a great human and very natural actress!!
Upuli Jayasinghe she isnt natural at all! Sorry. Just an overactor!
Diljit dosanjh and Ayushmann, punjabis are killing it!
She is just part of the crowd now ! She is now trying to be star rather than being an actress.
It is one of the lovely and talented couples both in reel and real life situations....I hope that they will come together on the big screen again🎉🎉🎉🎉
31:25 the shahrukh khan philosophy wich parineeti follows is the reasons why half of the Bollywood's new age actors are hopeless and misguided ..in hindi we say''inka kuch nahi ho sakta hai....inka beda garkk hai....
Why did the movie flop , they did a really good job?
Parineeti comes across as a poor little rich girl :( she has everything but is trapped in its misery vs truly being herself and enjoying the process vs. confirming to expectations
Anupama is best women in this world she's kind and very intelligent 😍
I have been a fan of Parineeti since Ishaqzaade, and all the people are going so freakin critical on her. Can indians for once keep their judgment glasses down. She is working so hard on her, She looks fitter more styled and sings awesome. Appreciate it. She deserves the adoration, atleast not all the flak, indians need to be less mean.
iamgama An actor is supposed to act well, I guess, not just to look fit.
Ayushmann is like- what the fuck is she saying?
Paris is very humorous ,great actress, now great singer tooo😍😍
Love the personality of ayushman 😍😍
Dear god!! She is an educated girl. Why does she talk so silly! The more she talks sillier it gets
I liked parineeti more as a speaker when she used to eat
anupamachopra, your interviews are very interesting. not look like normal promotional interviews.
u have moved on Parineeti....from acting also....:P
Loads of love to anupama ,journalism University herself
Parineeti has totally lost it.
Ayush is clearly sorted. Parineeti is confused I feel. Though I like her voice...
Parineeti talks about acting in such detail! Wow!!!
She talked too much ,I wanted to listen Ayushman but She took all time ......Parinita's movie choice & acting was better before her break, now she more focus on her looking than her acting
