یہ طے ہے کہ یہ باغ فدک (مال فئے) ہے جو صرف رسول اللہ کا حق ہے۔ اس بات کو چھوڑ دیتے ہیں کہ یہ باغ رسول اللہ نے جناب فاطمہ سلام اللہ علیہا کو دیا یا نہیں ۔ بات صرف اتنی ہے کہ جناب فاطمہ نے دربار میں جا کر اس پر اپنا حق جتلایا اور مانگا۔ جواب میں گروہ انبیاء کے وارث نہ ہونے کی حدیث سنائی گئی ۔ میرے صرف تین سوال ہیں۔
ایک = کیا جناب فاطمہ کا دعوٰی جھوٹا تھا
دو= کیا جناب فاطمہ کا دعوٰی غلط فہمی تھی
تین = کیا جناب فاطمہ کو مال فئے کا شرعی حکم معلوم نہ تھا - جواب کسی رویت سے نہیں کسی کتاب سے نہیں چاہئے کیونکہ وقت اور حالات کے مطابق ان میں تحریف ہوئی ہے اور ہو سکتی ہے۔ جواب صرف قرآن کی ایک آیت سے مل سکتا ہے - سورہ احزاب (33) آیت (33) ۔ صرف لفظ (رجس)کی تشریح کریں ۔ اس کا مطلب نجاست۔ کمی کوتاہی اور نقص بھی ہے۔ جھوٹ رجس ہے۔ غلط فہمی ایک رجس ہے۔ لاعلمی ایک رجس ہے۔ یہ تمام رجس ہم جیسے ناقص انسانوں میں پائے جاتے ہیں ۔ طاہر القادری صاحب سے گزارش ہے کہ وہ کوئی ایک ایسا چھوٹے سے چھوٹا (رجس) تلاش کر کے لائیں جو اہل بیت میں پایا جا سکے۔ لیجیے باغ فدک کا مسئلہ حل ہو گیا
