Coming back to this video gives me a mix of good and bad feelings. I found this song around 2018/2016, when I was going through a really bad time in my life and after a while decided to completely disregard this song since it brought back memories of everything I went through. Songs aren't supposed to have a meaning. Just like poetry. Its the listener that's supposed to make out a meaning from it amd their meanings can be very different to different people. Although i know what this song was officially written with in mind, to me, it means completely different. I feel as if its about a long distance relationship, where someone keeps going back to their S/O's place (505 here) no matter what part of the planet they are. If they're far enough to take a 7 hour flight or somewhere as close from where it takes a 45 minute drive to reach their place, they're always looking forward to it while the other, waits with a sweet, comforting sadness for them. The last part where it goes "I crumble completely.." sounds to me as if its time for them to part again

Songs aren't supposed to have a meaning. Just like poetry. Its the listener that's supposed to make out a meaning from it amd their meanings can be very different to different people. Although i know what this song was officially written with in mind, to me, it means completely different. I feel as if its about a long distance relationship, where someone keeps going back to their S/O's place (505 here) no matter what part of the planet they are. If they're far enough to take a 7 hour flight or somewhere as close from where it takes a 45 minute drive to reach their place, they're always looking forward to it while the other, waits with a sweet, comforting sadness for them. The last part where it goes "I crumble completely.." sounds to me as if its time for them to part again
