Brendan Sweeney Actually I haven't seen this one. Son of Saul was a masterpiece and I was apprehensive as to whether his next movie would even come close to it. As far as the critic reviews that I read go, this one failed. If you liked it then I'd love to know what you think about watching it, after all the cinematography looks promising.
@@abhaymishra30 I actually just saw it today and thought it was quite remarkable. I'd consider it to be on par with 'Son of Saul' or maybe better? It's an interesting film that uses ambiguity to its fullest. I can see why people wouldn't like it as much because most of the story lurks in the shadows around our protagonist. It's an interesting tale that is almost voyeuristic with the way it somehow foreshadows future historical events, while we see the fall of Austro-Hungarian Empire in 1913 (on the heels of WW1). If you liked 'Son of Saul', I highly recommend seeking this film out and watching it on the big screen!
She walks around calling out for Kalman, that is about 75% of the movie. Plus Kalman Leiter is never listed as part of the cast/character nor is he mentioned in any review, or the actor who played him. I considered his character to be the best part of the movie--he had real movement.
Oh Son of Saul is incredible. Looking forward to this.
Oh damn nicumepoops
Maybe this is in the same timeline
Spolier alert: The Austro-Hungarian empire collapses.
Well that's a bummer!

Looks great! Looking forward to it!

Thank you!
Though foreign films are a little hard to obtain here in India, and even less so on the big screen.

I'm sorry. She is scary. The first 23 seconds of that trailer makes me think this is a horror movie about a witch.
Pamfletistic, quasi metaforic. Disaster.
Idiot.
