Correct step but the way you add the ring glasket and head glasket is not proper at all. First put glasket perfectly and then the head cap. Honestly it will leak engine oil in few weeks if you make like that. And you know most of them were change New Parts. So, If i were the owner i would advise that or ask to desemble all and resemble from the beginning again for wasting my new part. So try to satisfied for your customers too but not namesake fast done. Iam mechanical too. If you made like this the bike will not last long.

FYI, use a hand press to push bearings and sleeve, not hammer.

Correct rough work. And a center case packing is not used. It comes with local supply. As per specification only bond is applied for Crank case for Rx 100. Overall ok.

How to increase the pulling power of RX100? When I’m going with my RX100 without doubles(only one person on bike), it goes smoothly and I can overtake the vehicles, but if I go with doubles(two persons on bike), it is hard to overtake and in acceleration. What do I have to change?
