My 2 cents: Ayurveda does not encourage alcoholism but instead promotes Yukti-appropriate judgment and moderation!
According to Ayurveda, every natural substance in the world can either be a medicine or a poison, and it’s also individualized. One person’s medicine can be another person’s poison! So, anything you put inside your body should be carefully considered based on individual suitability, environment, context, and circumstances.
For those who may find this post controversial and say, “Ayurveda is from the Vedas and doesn’t mention alcohol,” here is the reference you can read before commenting:
Ashtanga Hridaya Sutrasthana Chapter 6, Verse 53
Charaka Samhita Sutrasthana Chapter 24, Verse 30
Draksharishta can be purchased from Kerala-based Ayurvedic brands like Vaidyaratnam, Kottackal, or Kerala Ayurveda. You can also buy Draksharishta from your local Ayurvedic store.
Have 15 ml of Draksharishta with an equal amount of water a couple of times a day after food-it will help support your liver.
And remember, it’s not necessary to consume alcohol to enjoy a party. Avoid it if you can!

Herbal tea bulb enemas or coffee bulb enemas are the best for hangovers.
