I used to have super bad episodes like her, but teachers can only be understanding if you have a doctor's note. Pooping usually helps because it causes the stress on your stomach to lessen up. It's not a funny thing at all. Imagine you are taking an exam, and start to feel excessive cramps and you can't even curl up into a ball position, because the teacher will find it suspicious.
