Hi, LP stated in an interview that they want to identify as nonbinary, with the pronouns they/them. But, they won't be mad when people use she/her for fear of losing fans. LP is a phenomenal singer/songwriter. I hope they have a long successful career.
I saw LP in Philly last summer, and she is absolutely incredible. LP is not affected by gender identity and is such a laid-back and cool person, with a great sense of humor.

And btw, if you search for other reactions to this cover, you'll only find people mesmerised by LP's voice and comments like "This is so much better than the original". This is why listening to a cover might be interesting, maybe you don't like the original singer but a new version will make you appreciate the song 🤷🏻♀️
