At the end of round 4 I had two single crochets in the last stitch not one. But still had 27 stitches. What am I doing wrong?

You've done everything correctly. I've also done the same thing, I had 2sc in the last stitch. It looks like I mixed up the instructions for rounds 4 and 5 while editing. I don't know how I didn't notice it before, thank you so much for pointing it out ❤
