    Gogoat is definitely the Goat!
    Gogoat is spammy but not super spammy charge speed.
    Vine Whip counts are 5-4-5-4 for Leaf Blade (84dmg) and 5-5-5 for Brick Break(40dmg).
    One of the closest pokemons similar to Chesnaught/Virizion but without the Fighting sub-typing and a hard hitting Fighting type move but as a Pure Grass type not the best typing unfortunately but definitely a great pokemon to use this season with the buff its received. With the amount of water types present in the meta with Whiscash still remaining as one of the top picked pokemons along with Lickitung its definitely a pretty solid choice of a pokemon to use as Leaf Blade hits hard and Brick Break is very good to ramp up damage as well. Also a side note a Leaf Blade will always be doing more damage than a super effective Brick Break (40 base dmg + super = 1.6x multiplier aka 64 damage) while Leaf Blade deals 84 damage (STAB included)

    Hey! I’ve got a question, I’ve heard you say that whiscash and scarm is a really good core if you get the alignment right, I also know dragonair is the king of securing switch, so if you put that together, would d-nair, cash and scarm be a good team??

      Unlikely he’ll answer you directly. If you go to pvpoke.com you can put your team idea in and see how it does against the meta

    I was honestly surprised learning Gogoat cant learn Double Kick in the main series games. I hope he gets it in the future for the sole purpose of letting him have it in Go.

      It was extremely cruel of The Pokemon Company that Paldean Tauros learns Double Kick but Kanto Tauros still doesn't.

  • @victor_gators

    Why didn’t they just keep the energy at 35 or change the damage to 40… same with Water Pulse would it hurt to make it 50 energy

    • @RandomDood1
      @RandomDood1 6 месяцев назад +4

      I agree with water pulse since it actually has decent distribution, even outside of water types, which gives it some unique play if Niantic actually ever passes it out more. I think Brick Break costing extra energy is fine. It's essentially Poison Fang with a much better typing, so I feel balance wise it makes sense

    • @victor_gators
      @victor_gators 6 месяцев назад

      @@RandomDood1 It’s Poison Fang at its worst point, after it got nerfed to 40 energy and before they raised the damage to 45

    • @andrewcurl909
      @andrewcurl909 6 месяцев назад +3

      Fighting is a vastly superior offensive typing than poison. Brick Break is perfect where it is and doesn't need to be overtuned and then nerfed to oblivion.

    • @victor_gators
      @victor_gators 6 месяцев назад

      @@andrewcurl909 I agree with fighting being a better offensive typing but the thing is, these are low power, low energy debuffing moves. The damage output is almost negligible like a lot of mons that run Mud shot that aren’t ground type, just for the quick energy gains. The main function here is to lower defense for cheap.
      That’s just my thoughts but water pulse definitely needs to be 50 energy

    • @RandomDood1
      @RandomDood1 6 месяцев назад +2

      @victor_gators it's perfectly fine. Not every move needs to be busted. We already have way too many moves that, in reality, need nerfs as is. Being Poison Fang at its worst point is fine for fighting as it covers a lot more junk than Poison, an 40 energy is still on the more manageable side. The debuff moves are already way too accessive at this point, so ide rather Brick Break be just a good move rather than a broken one.
