- Feels great to be back! Unfortunately, this as the only day I was able to spot, but I will definitely be making more trips to airports next semester. Hope you all enjoy!

That A321 at 6:35 must have been responding to an emergency in Ft. Myers
I LOVE the maddogs and Boeing 717! You just got to love them. I have noticed that some of the Boeing 717s have eyebrow Windows and some don't, which is kinda weird. If anyone knows please tell me. OH and I looovvveee the video!!!
From what I've learned, those windows were there originally, on the older planes, to allow pilots to help with traffic avoidance and visibility in turns. However, technology and newer procedures have made them not as useful. Thus, Boeing eventually removed them from the newer aircraft. Thanks for watching!

Delta needs some newer planes.
They just added the A220 to their fleet, and they have hundreds of new 737-900s and A321s along with more on order. They have the new A350 and the A330neo is coming soon as well. And Delta may be the launch customer of Boeing's 797 within the next decade. They're definitely modernizing their fleet.

I worked the ramp over the summer and never knew lutfansa flew in with anything other then the 747 at 1230-1630.
Yeah last year was pretty much all 744s, which was awesome considering it always used to be A333s and A343s

I remember monitoring some of these flights on Plane Finder. I was in CHoP receiving my second round of chemotherapy so I had nothing better to do with my time other than to rest.
The old Smith terminal is finally going to come down!! Maybe they can extend the North terminal and bring in some competition for us in DTW.

Thanks! This was on top of the McNamara Parking garage. However, it is not a viable location for a while, as the runway in the video (21R/3L) is under construction until November of 2020.

One of the first WOW Air catches. I thought this only flew in late at night?
Nope! They send their A321 a lot earlier now. Arrives at around 1700 and leaves around 1900!
