Yes but you have to use gum stay to achieve the circle it will be alot of work cos you will need to sew and turn the circle out too with linning

I used 6.5 as armhole cos I want it to be a bit open as it's sleeveless and it's for a child.you can work with that formula as it is correct but I wanted her armhole not tight.
