Really sorry to hear this hope u and ur family are ok that receptionist should be ashamed of herself my dad had a major heart attack a few years ago and litrelly rang himself an ambulance and when he got to hospital we all found out he needed open heart surgery and he's lucky to be alive so hope ur all ok
@@sarahelizabeth9978 I ended up being rushed to a different hospital for critical care. I'm okay now. I have ulcerative Colitis with a J-pouch now. Its somewhat manageable now.

Just like my husband same time as well just before Christmas he's still recovering from it now it's so horrible to see your loved one going through it lucky I got him a taxi because the ambulance was taking 4-5 hours to come and then turned up 7hours after we rang he been in the hospital 4 hours after they came
SOO UK ambulances while free take HOURS ?? How is that supposed to help people? Usually you aren’t calling an ambulance for shits and giggles.. well actually I say that and realize it’s FREE and UK citizens prob don’t have the same mindset that Americans do…. which is NEVER call unless it’s a major emergency or you’re well off. I’m so SO GLAD you went in and were seen despite having to prove to the girl you actually were indeed having a heart attack. Scary stuff! Edit: I actually just remembered there’s a tv show that follows or did UK ambulance drivers… the calls they get!! I know for a fact ppl call in for a minor scratch or things they can just go to the regular doctor for… obv some call for real emergencies but the high majority isn’t. Which is a-shame ppl don’t realize they could be taking away that ambulance for someone whose life could depend on it… AGAIN, I AM SO HAPPY YOU’RE OKAY! I’m sure your family was a nervous reck and you’re so young! Hopefully with the stent your heart can function better and this won’t happen again. MUCH LOVE 💕
