sunhye is honestly one of my favourite rappers in k-pop. i’ve been here since the debut with macaroni cheese, and whilst it wasn’t my favourite song in the world, i still followed along with the group to see how they would do in future releases and they did not disappoint ever since i hear sunhye’s rap in XXL i was honestly obsessed with them. sunhye very much deserves the title of best 5th gen gg rapper🙏
young posse is my current favourite 5th gen gg!! their music is really addictive and I absolutely love each of their rapping styles, they're all insanely impressive but I think Sunhye never fails to blow me away.
The sloppy freestyle of theirs if you haven’t watched is one of my favorite things this year, they have excellent feel for cadence and pocket. Sunyhe and Soyeon have to do something together. That tap tap live was such a Soyeon move 😂
Not palindrome in the original, but no less cool: mama, made it, MAMA 까지 made it (까지 is "as far as" here - made it as far as MAMA) with just inserting a word and of course, "mama" and "MAMA" are pronounced exactly the same :) While we're on pronunciation, Sunhye's name has a different vowel - if she was writing her name in a standard way, it would be Seonhye, with the same vowel as the second one in Soyeon. And she doesn't really pronounce "h" and "y", as they often get dropped, so you are left with something like "sonne". You can hear her self-introduction rather clearly in "K-Star Live with YOUNG POSSE. Their music shows their story & Amazing Live." on Arirang Radio K-Pop channel, at 2:03; the host repeats her name even more clearly, though he does pronounce the "y". But it is the "Sun" of "Sunhye" that I am pointing you to; how "hye" is pronounced is all correct, with or without "h" or "y".
desde que conocí a SUNHYE note que ella es muy parecida a SOYEON, líder, rapera, escritora y seguro luego será compositora, es muy buena en lo que hace.

@@carkpop the semantics you know thats what they are categorized(yes i know X pop bla bla bla), and if you think young posse or any other Kpop groups write their own raps you are coping hard my guy.
- XG are very much not Kpop.. Just accepted into Kpop by many fans. The members themselves don't call themselves Kpop (as you stated with Xpop). There are no full Korean members, their songs don't feature Korean, besides Galz Xypher. I am personally not bothered by other people wanting them to be Kpop, but I respect the girl's wishes by not categorizing them under the Kpop umbrella. That's why I have a video covering Galz Xypher when we weren't sure if they were kpop, but stopped making videos on them when they, themselves, denounced the claim. - I do think Young Posse and some other KPop groups self write because -- they're officially credited? Like, it's quite literally illegal to lie about work contributions on a song under Music Copyright Law. There are many groups where the members don't write their own raps in Kpop, and they're not on the credits. At the same time, groups like Young Posse, Stray Kids, Soyeon, Moonbyul, BTS boys, Bobby, Mino, Zico, etc etc I can keep going, but groups & rappers like these have official credits. Are you trying to imply that these artists lie on the credits and risk jail time and high fines when they could quite simply not credit themselves.. while having ghost writers? To dive into Young Posse a bit deeper, are we implying that Yeonjung, for example, didn't write her verse on ROTY which talked about her childhood and growing up to become a dancer? Some random 50 year old man wrote that rap but secretly credited her? Or Jieun on "Posse up" saying "I've only been learning to rap for 2 months, it's quite hard" as one of her bars .. was actually written by Rick Bridges (the other writer on the song) .. the dude's a professional rapper & artist writing bars like that pretending to be the young idol? At the end of the day, your original point was; "Why don't you make more videos on XG?" .. and by simply answering your question with a factual and logical statement, you devolved the topic into: 'YEAH WELL NO KPOP GROUP SELF WRITES AND WHO CARES ABOUT LABELS" when that's just not true with the simplest of google searches. I'm very sorry you seem bothered by the lack of XG on my channel, but at the end of the day, I am talking about *kpop rapping*, and not only are XG not kpop, but they don't self write independently enough.
As "Best rappers of Kpop"? Yes, exactly. - They are self proclaimed "Not Kpop".. So they shouldn't be in the discussion to begin with. - Beyond that; writing lyrics are the foundation of being a good rapper. There are numerous idols currently in Kpop self writing (like Sunhye in this video). XG rapping really good bars, created by Lyricks & Jaeyoung, earn them a head turn, definitely, but there's no way they can be called the "Best of an industry" when they're not even the ones creating the rhymes, lyrics or flows. It's as simple as that. (And yes, if they have to decide between rapping in English and not writing, or rapping in Japanese and self-writing.. they should do the latter. The language you rap in is far less relevant than who the words are created by.

suhye and soyeon, the doubleS. both eat up their generation and outrapped the industry at one point, queen shit.

she is really cool🔥
She and the other girls ate as usual. What did you think of the rap Soyeon?
I would love some sort of collaborative project with YP and Soyeon
Whether it be Soyeon producing a track for them, or a feature track
It’s so crazy. And they are all Korean members you would think Korea would be all about these girls.
Definitivamente sunhye devoró.🔥
I hope Young Posse could survive in this superficial kpop era
