The Septuagine was read, treated as a secondary book, with the names of eastern members listed in it. Jewish Christians were placed under the ascetic rules for Christians, in the NT. (13)- Then Bernice, claiming the succession, promoted the Jewish Christian leader into her party, with her male deputy. The Chief Magus was in her party. The Herodian Chief Treasurer was equal to Bernice's deputy. The Jewish Christian leader was judged by ascetic works alone, not from the NT. (14)--The Chief Magus remained with Bernice.
