If my cable connected to switch and other end to any device, my question is if I connected the tracker from device side is there any risk ? Am worried the power from the tracker it will damage the port in the switch !

Can I replace the batteries if the reach end of life?
Hi Sir, the UT683KIT uses rechargeable lithium battery, which can be replaced theoretically. But, remarkably, we recommend to replace the battery by professionals who have electrician knowledge and certain practical ability to avoid replacing the wrong battery.

This device dont works in real life. I tested a ethernet cable, the device detected it ...ok thats fine, but after that I decided to put a pair of wires on shortcircuit and the device dont detected it. In real life you dont want to walk to the fifth floor one, two or three times to look if devide is working. I lost my money. Fluke intellitone is the real king in that kind of works, im sorry

If Yes, UT683KIT do not have this function, and UT685B KIT has this function.
