It took me a week to realize this is Skye Sweetnam. I didn't recognize her at all! So I sat listening to this song thinking to myself, jeez this singer sounds so much like Skye Sweetnam. Until I googled out of curiosity and BOOM there she is. She has always been my favorite singer next to Avril Lavigne. Took her a long time to find her sound and this matched up her taste. I'm glad she is back on the mainstream after all those years

Agreed, I've been a fan of hers ever since I saw her music video for Buzz On Maggie theme way back on Disney channel a decade and a half ago, I still listen to Sound Soldier and Noise from the Basement from time to time
I have to say this band has grown on me. I remember Skye from her solo days and sort of dismissed them a bit. But really digging both of these new songs and looking forward to the album

This song lands in my Top-5 of Sumo Cyco. A little less crazy than usual (but still insane!, style of old Cycos is constantly present), more heavy - I like this direction. I also want to appreciate much more minimalistic video - it's great that they are still experimenting.

This is straight up next level. Too often videos seem to detract from the song but not with Sumo Cyco. The song absolutely kicks @$$ and the video just takes it to another stratosphere.👏💪🤘

It's very rare I find myself singing along to a song an hour after its released. This is really catchy! Saw these guys open for Jinjer back in 2019 I'm definitely looking forward to hearing more from them.

Basically the band lives in a fictional world called Cyco City and each music video either features Sever interacting with or stars a different character from their universe. As for the gangs, their upcoming album Initiation is going to center around four gangs that run Cyco City- Not Sorry Sorority, Anonymous 9, Assassinners, and Malice & Co - and you can buy merch and “join” their gangs in the upcoming quiz they’re working on. Their past two albums Opus Mar and Lost In Cyco City also features a bunch of wacky characters and their singles as well. Enjoy!

And the amazing strikingly beautiful frontwoman has all the charisma and better than the your flavor of the month poptarts and the amazing singing is on point. Well, if we remember guano from back in the days I still feel that this band and you guys in it (pluss supporters) are mma'ng some serious good stuff. Im Just in love with you all. What a band, as a gitarist im absolutely drawn towards tone, energy, behind the scenario typ hooahs that this dude are showing. Vocally amazing, Drums n bass are badass v8. Absolutely love this song and video. The different characters are great. Honestly I had to listen to the song a few times to decide how I like it because it somehow took me by surprise since Bystander was so fun and fast and this is deeper and slower and like... more mature or something? I don't know but I really do love it.
