I'm an ARMY but what I love is that through other people discovering different parts of k-pop, I can get to discover it with them. There's probably a lot of k-pop that I just don't know much about that is good music. And I love seeing other peoples perspective on BTS but also k-pop as a whole. So I came for BTS but now I love seeing you react to Blackpink too because it gives me a different perspective on this group and I think I needed that. So keep going! all the comments about Jisoo are right. Jisoo is Blackpinks "visual" which means because her appearance fits into the korean beauty standard perfectly her role is to be that. so there are things that Jisoo does not do usually. Like the guy thing or the more softer image overall. U can see it in her make up her outfits and her scenes in the s. Or you can say that she represents the Pink in Blackpink when for example Jennie represents the Black. This is about their roles in the MVs and stuff and not always their real personality. The whole thing is more complicated than this but that's how it is simply explained. (Almost every other Kpop groups have members with similiar roles too)

😍 for me this is the best blackpink song, it stands out in all aspects, co-written and co-produced by jennie, jisoo and David guetta, excellent mv, excellent lyrics (although it is sad the rhythm is happy) good rap lines of LISA and JENNIE, great vocal of JISOO and ROSÉ, and has a super fresh and different concept, and the best thing finally gave ROSÉ the prominence it deserves because its distribution line is the most extensive and its participation is the best elaborated of all mv, definitely what I loved the most was ROSÉ's great work as an actress and singer is impeccable.

Wow you're so close to their group concept. They filmed a program "Blackpink House" before and mentioned that Black came from Jennie who always wore black, and Pink came from Rosé who loved anything in pink :) Don't know if it's the official explanation but it's interesting to learn that.
