As someone who’s generally antisocial and avoidant of big events/crowds, I’d be upset if I went to one to hang with a friend and they dipped. That said, this is literally EXACTLY what Mike is notorious for doing.
I love Mike, dont get me wrong. But I feel like EVERY social event he goes to with the crew ends in him ditching them, lying to them, and just overall acting like that one friend we all have who says “Yea Im on my way right now, be there in 5 dont trip”; when actually they are on their couch in their underwear playing COD😂

I've gotta side with Andy.
I'm 100% with Andy on this. You don't go to an event with your friends and just disappear without saying something. If you say, "Hey I'm going for a walk this way. Call me if you need something" that's fine but you also have to keep in mind how long you are taking. I would be worried if my friend left for an hour at an event and there was no word from them.
Normally, both would have valid points. Both could have communicated better. But, when Mike already has this reputation of just leaving people, you can’t put the blame on anyone else. Eventually, thats just not cool behavior.

Yea this got real and I feel for Andy (I'm more on team Andy to be clear) but they are both somewhat correct imo. I feel that overall communication could have been better and that you both did bail on Roger. However yea Andy you're right, Mike seems to be a bad friend in more ways than not as he really just does his own thing. Now tbf to him, I feel that's a very established trait at this point.
But yea Andy I feel for you as someone who would also be upset if my friend ditched for a long time, but I just think you are different people and he's more outgoing and adventurous and that's ok. It seems he invited you both to the box so he did try but you have every right to be upset at being ditched.
You also had every right to leave too but I don't think that's the move personally. Stick it out and see what happens and hang with Roger at the least.
if i'd been invited to the box within 15 minutes of him leaving, sure. hell, maybe 30 minutes. 90+ minutes was just wild. from my POV, I'm not sure if he would have ever hit us up unless I put him on blast on twitter lol it was almost like an experiment from my end. Roger def got the worst of it being left but Andy is 100% right. I can't really tell if Andy is actually upset or not but I wouldn't be surprised. If I was in his shoes I would be quite upset. Its on Mike to let them know where he's at and what he's doing, Andy & Roger were at the spot they knew where to come back to and Mike was just gone to who knows where. This is one of those conversations that made me upset for Andy & a bit uncomfortable as he seems really upset and I get where he is coming from. I did not find Mike defending himself funny or the rest of the guys (Kevin excluded) ganging up on him amusing. I'm sorry that happened to you andy & roger too.
