This is how I solved Q7:
The initial average of Jan was 3890 (can approx to 3900) and if it were actually 4072 (can approx to 4050) then the difference is $150 - Meaning if the Jan's contribution were to increase by $150, what will be the new annual average.
Since it's a annual average, each month's contribution gonna be divided into 12 parts. So $150/12 is $13 which is Jan's contribution. Adding $13 to the average ($4725+$13) ~= ($4738) roughly comes to $4740 (A).

Heyy, loved the video but the pitch is a little too high, kinda hurts! It would be great if you could fix the mic or something.

    I solved Q7 by saying 4725 x 12 = 56700. 56700 - 3890 = 52810. 52810 + 4072 = 56882. 56882/12 = 4740
