I have first hand experience with acupuncture working for fertility. I had secondary infertility that my specialist could not dx and explain why it was happening even after testing. I chose not to seek any tx through the fertility specialists and was resigned and grateful for the one child I had. In 2013 I went to see an acupuncture MD for sinus issues and during her assessment of my tongue and pulse she concluded that I had fertility issues. Important to note I had made no mention of this. To make a long story short, 3 months into tx I became preganant. I continued tx throughout the pregnancy and delivered a healthy boy at 39 weeks. I do not understand how it works, but it does!

The horror stories I've heard is very disturbing.
They push so hard $elling women others eggs instead of focusing on actually helping to improve egg quality or whatever issues are going in. It's disgusting the medical system and how they mistreat couples struggling for a child.

Would you ever consider interviewing Dr. Helene Langevin regarding Acupuncture? She is director of NCCIH under NIH! Would love to have her share her research in field and the discoveries of the multiple mechanisms of acupuncture.

What interests me a lot is that it works, it definitely works, according to the latest discoveries and researches supported by experimental evidences, but they still don’t know why or how.

Thank you so much, I am an acupuncturist currently in training after being treated for several years suffering from all kinds of conditions. It is fantastic that someone like you speaks about the evidence of acupuncture, because so many people believe this is witchcraft. I will specialise in fertility and I am excited for all studies yet to come. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I struggled for years with shorter but painful periods and acupuncture really helped change the flow of blood & relieve the cramping. I have no doubt this has an impact on fertility too.

There were doing acupuncture 10 years ago in infertility clinics in Europe during the IVF procedure. So if it is a method known for thousands of years than why not trying.

I looked up the article you referenced on your website and it states there is no real evidence to prove that acupuncture can help with fertility. I am a healthcare professional and would love to know where you are getting this info from? Not doubting you, just curious 🧐 haha

You can always tell the difference between science fans and true scientists by which ones get stuck in their preconceptions and which ones keep an open enough mind to keep up when science catches up to what was once thought unscientific.

He's again not talking about the body of evidence and is again cherry picking studies that support a view, that's been debunked over and over again. ... Goodbye, prof. Huberman.
