Hi, it is great, but it is also a lot of money invested, searching for something more affordable, then i found the "Slam 100" it is about $16.000 usd, semmes to be yours has more concentrade points cloud than Slam 100 lidar Scanner. Would like to hear from you how much diference it does. Slam 100 has got 2 cm acuracy, about 120 m max range, 320 kpts/s laser pulse, 3 cameras ......best regards
I believe I can get my hands on one and will try to do a side by side comparison. From the sounds of it the slam 100 has to older sensor much like the geo slam. The difference is 2x point density and I don’t believe the 100 has the ability to do static scans. 16000 is a great value though. Depending on what you want to use it for. For me this handheld is the first one that come close to TLS quality
thanks for the info. I hope to pick this one up next year!
I liked it enough that I now carry it on lidaholics.com.
Interesting gadget. Watching from the Philippines.
It’s a good leap forward for mobile scanners
At what price this unit comes?
@@johandegreef3846 in the U.S. it’s around 56,000. Priced pretty close to the BLK2go and way under the NavVis.
