The lyrics actually foreshadow the show. In the 80s version they say that they're making it up as they go along, like how Wanda is creating her own reality
What I find telling is that our final intro from Wanda, is just about Wanda herself, with Vision only appearing at the very end By this point Wanda is emotionally collapsing and Vision has stopped voluntarily engaging with the sitcom reality at all (like when he catches himself in an interview segment and leaves). The kids aren't helping hold back the depression anymore and Vision is trying to free the people of Westview; the coping mechanism is failing.
But also in that theme song, Pietro (who isn't credited) is with the family outside, while Agnes isn't. I think I that's the show writers hinting that Agatha is behind everything Pietro is doing. She effectively "is" Pietro.
I love how the composers use the four notes (heard in the first iteration of the word "WandaVision" in the 50s parody, and the first notes of the 60s parody) as a motif until it gets completely transformed into the "Agatha All Along" melody. This whole thing is so brilliant, especially in terms of how they combined the dissimilar theme songs of "Bewitched" and "I Dream of Jeannie" for the 60s version, and then "The Munsters" and "The Addams Family" for "Agatha All Along."

In Marvel comics the character is properly called The Vision. Lots of definite articles in Marvel Comics - The Vision, The Juggernaut, Ronin The Accuser, The Magus etc.
Well let's be frank, he isn't real in the conventional sense (as he himself discusses with White Vision). These openings are reflections of Wanda's deteriorating mental state. This version of Vision is a fantasy Wanda conjured and has been gaslighting to try to keep him playing the part she wants him to play in this fantasy. I think the "The Vision" is reflective that subconsciously she's getting increasingly angry that he's not cooperating anymore. I personally think the way he's seen being unusually aggressive in this opening is similarly reflective of how by this point in the narrative he has become increasingly aware of what she's doing to him and is pushing back against the fantasy. It is even more reflective in the last opening (not counting Agatha's song) because there Vision is barely a factor anymore (his name doesn't appear until the final banner, as if he's an afterthought). He has gone completely off script and is simply not playing along with the sitcom setting at all anymore.
Probably for the best that Geraldine didn’t stick around. I can totally see Agatha killing or getting rid of her so she wouldn’t have to worry about her stealing her spot as Wanda’s best friend supporting character
The whole premise of the show and even the intros are so good it’s just so cool a show where every intro changes 70s 80s 90 2000s and modern days it’s too good.

She really needs to know how to be a proper Scarlet Witch. Unlock that potential so with a thought she can turn the whole dimension into something "better".
Oh God! Watching the 80s one I’ve just realised how weird this is, beacuse the Olsen twins were in a famous 80s sitcom and she’s related to the Olsen twins. How funny!
The 80s theme song seems to be inspired by both Family Ties and Growing Pains. The 90s theme song seems to be inspired by iCarly and Malcolm In The Middle .
I’m still a little disappointed that they did the 80’s transition directly to the early 00’s (Malcolm in the Middle) and then Modern Family. I loved the show immensely, but a lot of projects seem to forget the 90’s existed and how special that time was.
Malcolm In The Middle is still pretty ‘90s in style, plus it aired in ‘00 and my personal belief is that ‘90s culture didn’t really end until 9/11/01. Plus, the commercial for that episode was 100% a ‘90s commercial…
The producers said they had to cheat a bit with this one - most sitcoms in the 90s were about adults, or workplaces (think Frasier, Friends, Will & Grace etc) and there weren’t as many “family sitcoms”, so the episode is a mixture of the late 1990s/early 2000s to riff off shows like Malcolm in the Middle.
I loved the first 7 episodes of Wanda vision so much, and I love the thought and theming that went into them. However, I feel like the last two episodes weren’t the most through out, and the plot kind of went downhill from there.
