    If you don't want to use venv, there's pipenv tool as well. Just install it and it's like npm of python.

    '.' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
    operable program or batch file. how to fix this error?

      Surely manoj, I am trying my level best, further videos contain knowledge and illustrations that are very far apart from other youtube tutorials. So, just some time for them : )

    I installed sublime text ide but when importing the cv2 module and start writing cv2. The methods related to the cv2 module are not popping up automatically,

    why is creating this virtual environment important ??
