First shot in video shows Aputure STILL HAS NOT addressed the poor stiching issue they have always had with these modifiers. Light STILL leaking through the material.
Except, he did not assemble or disassemble it correctly. It does NOT require this much energy (or sweating). Assembly is very easy when you do it right.
Nice video, I have the same setup paired with the 200xs. I cant get them to connect securely, meaning the light dome can come off with some tugging. what is your experience?
You should have learned how to operate this softbox's mechanism before making the video. When you assemble or disassemble this softbox, you need to have it on on the floor (front down) and PRESS IT DOWN, flexing the rods as you do. It's then becomes easy to open then the mechanism and then close it. When you you do this, it does not BOOM when you disassemble it. You d not need to expend ANYWHERE near that amount of energy! Also, learn how to put it back in the bag!!! 😂 Useless video.

Nice video bro but the 200XS is not compatiable with the Light Dome III - Had this from Aputure rep e-mail
Love the boom @ 7:51 😆
Aputure web page says one of the diffusors is 1 stop the other is 2 stop ... and actually the one you put outside seems denser (on the screen).

Does the light dome iii come with a gel holder like light dome ii
No it doesn't.
This isn’t the big boy, the big boy is the 150
The 150 is not quick release and kinda sucks
@@johnnyweissmuller5838 the 150 is the big boy though
You're right!
Whoever designed the setup did not have women in mind . It was such a task for me to set it up
It's not a task if you do it right. There's on release on each side. Open BOTH and then spread it apart and close them. In the video on is closed....
