that hood bra is intended to be used as protection against rockchips. though it has a massive downside of trapping dust and dirt underneath which really scratches it up. have had many come in to get it polished or repainted just because of that.
nick if you put armor on your cars then they dont smash apart as easily. i hit a car going full speed in the calico(glitching sped) and it didnt even break a headlight.
