@@christopherbravo1813 Yes, as is usual with 14's 24 mans we get them every uneven major patch; third and final 24 man will arrive 8 months after the second. The cycle will repeat in the next expansion.
@@christopherbravo1813 Yes; endwalker was merely the end of the Zodiark and Hydaelyn story, and set up about 5 expansions on launch, 6.1 however has picked up where the shb void quests left off, the story boot camp for the next expansion acording to the devs is already done too.
Well, here are the lyrics again. Part of me debated whether I should do this or not, but someone's probably gonna do it anyway, so might as well. O twin gods bless this land, to us treasure bestow City of desert sands, water and gold below Lifeblood and rubies red, precious coins cast aglow Four hands our fortunes mend, that want we may not know And when we reach our ends, to scales we gladly go Our fates are yours to bend, to hells and heavens flow Under arid sky, with silk veils we weave a rainbow Voices lifted high, dreams upon our backs we carry When day beckons night (day and night dancing) As does restless time we never slow Trusting hand in hand, life death will follow Stoke now nascent flame, brighter burn, dance with souls afire May ember catch and red-gold spark rise to new heights May we want for naught coin can buy Never see wealth's river run dry May we find fortune after life For this we pray, we pray, we pray, we pray twinfold Stoke now kindled flame, hotter burn, sing till breath expires May those who wander paths in the dark find firelight May we all as true equals die Never fear unjust favor's bite May we be judged by what is right For this we pray, we pray, we pray, we pray twinfold
@@christopherbravo1813 The second verse doesn't really read as greedy. They're gods of commerce. This is more what Ul'dah would have wanted to be in ideals, if it didn't fall prey TO greed. There's a brief snippet of dialogue after the raid where Nald'thal is described as being in "rare" high spirits. What he's supposed to be about probably isn't quite what he sees in the world right then and there. Edit: In addition, the first verse is very much about praying for success in commerce among other things. You don't have to be greedy to want that you can meet your needs each and every day. The line "May we want for naught coin can buy" also can be interpreted "May our lives be fulfilling lives".
@@Zsaver3 huh. I guess that's a fair analysis. Probably my Christian upbringing talking, but I think it's better to pray for contentment than for greater wealth.
It amazes me how he keeps whipping out bangers like this. I wanna sit in his brain just once!
now I wanna see the Devs write songs of prayer dedicated to the rest of the Twelve!
Same, im still happy we got a new one coming in january though which im hoping is for Helone.

This is perfect for when you are at a party and everyone have the right to pick only one song

O twin gods bless this land, to us treasure bestow
City of desert sands, water and gold below
Lifeblood and rubies red, precious coins cast aglow
Four hands our fortunes mend, that want we may not know
And when we reach our ends, to scales we gladly go
Our fates are yours to bend, to hells and heavens flow
Under arid sky, with silk veils we weave a rainbow
Voices lifted high, dreams upon our backs we carry
When day beckons night (day and night dancing)
As does restless time we never slow
Trusting hand in hand, life death will follow
Stoke now nascent flame, brighter burn, dance with souls afire
May ember catch and red-gold spark rise to new heights
May we want for naught coin can buy
Never see wealth's river run dry
May we find fortune after life
For this we pray, we pray, we pray, we pray twinfold

May those who wander paths in the dark find firelight
May we all as true equals die
Never fear unjust favor's bite
May we be judged by what is right
For this we pray, we pray, we pray, we pray twinfold
it sounds like a rather greedy prayer, don't you think?
