    My parents are immigrants, they came in the RIGHT way, applied for sponsorship, took their citizenship test, etc. they worked two jobs each with two kids under two to have what they have today.
    It truly infuriates me that people can just come in illegally and have no remorse on top of that. Americans FIRST.

    I have raised my two children right! My daughter married a Cuban and my son married a Philippina. My son's wife had to wait two years and he had to pay a lot of money so she could become a citizen. My son-in-law and his family escaped Cuba, applied for citizenship and became citizens. They have worked hard and been wonderful American citizens. So many others who have come here LEGALLY from other nations should be upset that we've been invaded and these illegals have been given free stuff and the right to stay here.

    As a legal immigrant to the US, few things infuriate me as much as the illegal immigration into this country. It's a crime. It's so insulting to the many of us who waited YEARS and paid THOUSANDS of dollars for visa fees, lawyers, embassy appointments and followed all the rules, while waiting patiently in limbo. I should've just flown to Mexico and walked over the border, would've been a lot easier and they'd give me free room, free board and a work permit! Americans have been used to surplus for too long, they need to wake up and save this country before it's sucked dry and destroyed. The US should not be a dumping ground for the world's poor. Same for Europe.

People don't get it.

    • @gxyb766
      @gxyb766 5 месяцев назад +1

      @@driley5004 But the UK has an immigration problem of its own. 1.2 million people moved there last year alone. It's a country smaller than Michigan. Indigenous British people are already a minority in London (only ~35%) of the city's population. They'll soon be replaced in their native homeland. It's a huge problem across the Western world, and it's going to get much, much worse with climate change forcing migration from the global South.

      I like how everybody in this chat talks about how they hate illegal immigration when a lot of them themselves came here illegal as well. Just because you came her legally doesn’t mean a family member of yours did also. You waiting all those years to get in line just means you wasted your time when other people got it done faster. You can’t hate the person for finding a loophole and skipping the line. That’s up to the government to enforce. And let’s just be 100 percent honest the majority of people that argue illegal immigration are not concerned whether he has a pass to be in the U.S. or not, they are using it as an excuse for why they are losing jobs to foreigners. People in the U.S. would still complain if every person came in LEGALLY. Legality is not the issue. If you want to prosper wherever you go you have to have a skilled trade that sets apart from other people so that they are not able to compete with you. When anybody can do the same job as you because it’s very easy or there’s no barrier to entry that’s when your job is at risk.

      The problem people seem to not understand with deportation, is these people will just break back in. I truly cannot stand when people say, 'deport them. Send them back home.' That is not going to do any good as long as the border is wide open. Just as the people who keep breaking back in. Just ask the illegal aliens who have come back several times and then ended up killing someone.

My Father’s side my Grandmother had US citizenship from the 50’s and attended College in NY and went between the US and Jamaica, my Dad’s Father worked in the Jamaican Government and stayed a Jamaican citizen his entire life. My Father entered the US in the 80’s also as a Pilot! He had his Green-card for nearly 30 years and finally decided in 2016 to get his citizenship. I was obviously born here and a proud American. My long winded point is, some members of my family are still proudly Jamaican and some are American but to the ones that have migrated to this country they came LEGALLY.

    Is not it the make of a fool to work in the insides of a such ugly country to make it stronger and, by doing this, does not it makes him an accomplice on helping America to keep subjugating other countries with its "imperialism"?

    Immigration does help economic growth, but right now this country doesn't need more people coming in. We need higher wages and lower relative COL for the people already here. That means we need collective bargaining, a vast increase in the supply of housing (both private and affordable housing), and a temporary pause on most immigration.

      We need to bring back the old requirements to immigrate here. Such as learning english, american history and having a skill/ trade that would immediately benefit the country. Letting people in just because is always a bad thing. Wanting a better life shouldn't be the sole reason someone should come here for. Its about how someone can use their skills to have the quickest and most effective results nearly right away. We also need to bring back revoking citizenship to a immigrant who commits a felony.
      I love immigrants that come the right way. They're some of the most kind and patriotic people. Their stories from their home country are interesting. Specially if they escaped a dictatorship or communist government. They also make amazing food. Its a huge insult to them doing everything right to become citizens when someone can just jump the border and get benefits and housing in democrat cities. Illegals make legal immigrants look bad. In my experience the people who hate illegals the most are legal immigrants.

      @@thilli1859 I had a comment on OPs points but he or RUclips deleted it so I'll try to answer yours. We have the skilled labor but there's no incentive from said skilled people. Ever since the 2020 lockdowns when most people lost their jobs a lot of people have not gone back to work. Welfare is paying more than having a job right now which shouldn't be a thing.
      I do agree with your point of needing skilled labor. But we also need to bring back the requirements of learning English and knowing American history. Illegal immigration hurts the reputation of legal immigrants. We need more skilled legal immigrants. First we need to get rid of the illegals before we can start improving our natural immigration system.
      I hope somehow this answers your question. We just can't open the doors to all or most people. They have to be documented and file the proper paperwork. Sadly our immigration system is super backed up because of illegals.

    The first guy likes to say that his mom contributes. First, working fast food is not essential. We don't 'need' those jobs. It is not necessary to function. Second, if she came here when she was 17, I bet you she was on welfare for a long time. Had him so she could get the welfare and citizenship. He is probably getting his entire or most of the college paid for by us. Yes, flipping burgers is critical to society. Rrrrright. And I bet you she received a tax refund more than she paid in taxes. Anyone want to prove me wrong??!!

    The first kid is right crossing the land border in Tijuana you drive a car either the light turns green you go in and turns red you to to secondary Where you get inspected by Mexico Immigration and customs So the kid is partially correct Mexico customs and immigration picks who they will check out on the border. If you fly in they check everyone one also on ships same as airports.
