My query is, in your previous Half-Bridge Power Supply videos, we haven't come across such a Single Transistor as it is in this power supply.     Salam, interesting video, now we understand better those Power Supplies.
    I have a side question : I am building a power supply with a big toroidal transformer (220-35vAC) which gives approx 40VDC with no load.
    Under 5A load, i have 34VAC but the DC voltage is dropping to 31VDC, i added another 25A bridge rectifier but nothing helps, i am still loosing 9VDC while VAC stays stable. Any idea why ?

Kya 10/15 Ampere ke transformer ko primary me 3 tapping high cutoff 210V, general testing 230V aur low cutoff 250V dekar secondary se jarurat ke mutabik rotary switch se 8V5√2, 17V√2, 25V5√2, 34V√2, 42V5√2 aur 51V√2 ke tapping par select kar, bridge rectifier aur filter capacitors ki madad se athwa {(13V, 26V, 39V, 52V, 65V aur 78V) (0V085/Voltage drop)} pulsating DC dwara virtual battery bana kar, charger ki testing ki ja sakti hai? Sir ji vinamra nivedan hai prakash dalne ki kripa karen.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

    Sir ji half wave smps me dono bulk capasitor per 15 to 20 volt ka pharak aa raha hai dona capacitor 330 micro farad 250 volt (new) change karne ke baad bhi...bleeder resistance bhi dono thick hai(220 K)..aur out put bhi nahi aaraha...keya ho sakta hai sir

      If original capacitor was 680uf and now we are using any value less than the original value, Output load taking capacity of power supply will decrease. This problem will be visible on higher loads brother ❤️👍

      Ye AC to DC voltage Conversion ka formula hai dost. AC voltage ko 1.414 se multiply karne par aapko uski equivalent DC voltage ki value pata chal jati hai...
