I normally like tipping but I’m hesitant to do it sometimes because I’ve heard from multiple people that work at different locations that more often than not the employer keeps the tips and not the employees

I used to work at a Chipotle like ten years ago, tips would always get evenly split with all the staff at end of shift. I cannot tell you how many times that tip jar saved my life by providing me with gas money to get home and come back to work the next day. Thank you for being generous, I am positive you lifted the weight off of some of those workers shoulders.

I worked at bar along time ago. I chased Thek guy into the parking lot that took our jar. I was taking construction equipment out of their truck until I was given the jar back. This SH!t happened without the great ending. I know this was an unexpected ending and made so many peeps happy! I always love the surprise at the end of these videos. Keep up the great work!
