I hear you but Kobe is a hypoallergenic dog…… he has real hair like humans. Not fur. His type is suggested for people who are allergic to dogs like myself & my mom who are HIGHLY allergic to animals. Puppy’s are sooo hard, especially when they aren’t trained. Im a breeder and also a dog groomer so I know! Have to have a lot of patience and even then it’s draining. Some people can push through it and some can’t and that’s okay. I’m sure if she found a dog that was fully trained and was older there would be no issues but even then dogs in general are hard work. But to judge this woman for realizing the dog isn’t the right fit rn and her looking for a good home where he will get all the love and attention he deserves is crazy to me. She’s doing the right thing by the Kobe and from a dog breeder who loves dogs I approve this!

Hey guys! I just wanted to share, this is exactly how I felt about my dog when he was a puppy! He was a total menace. I went back and worth about giving him away and keep him. Everytime I tried to give him away something told me to keep him… 3 years later and he is my best friend! I wouldn’t trade him for the world. The first year and a half is difficult but it’s totally worth it ❤️

When you’re potty training puppies, you’re suppose to give them “times” they eat don’t let them “free feed” meaning leave the bowl on the floor for whenever they want to eat it. They will learn they can only eat when you place the food on the floor.

I got a baby pit for my daughter last JUNE. She is 3 and really loves dogs and I grew up with lots of pits so I figured I could do it even though I had a 3 month old baby as well. Bought everything he needed and got his vaccination but he tore my place up and was biting my daughter hair and pulling her hair with his teeth. And she was super allergic, bumps all over and I would constantly itch too. I cried so bad because it was so overwhelming. He was gone by JULY and I truly tried my best. The training camps required him to be 8 weeks and I wasn’t trying to hold on 3 more weeks. So I totally get it, it’s a learning experience for sure.

Lmfaoo she just has her own personality and attitude which I love at the same time. I could NEVER give my dog up, she’s literally my child and we rocking till one of us is 6 feet under. Not to judge Queen at all because I’d rather you give the dog to a home that’s going to actually care for it and teach it how to behave but I just wish more people understood the work that comes with getting a dog. After 3 months we had to give her to a new home that had the time and experience. She is now thriving and we still get to see her!! Good job you guys, you did the right thing!!

I apologize if misinformation has been spread about our pups being potty trained through one of my former staff member the first time you visited us. I’d like to make it clear that none of our puppies in store are potty trained. I spoke to you on the phone and highly encouraged crate training him to make the potty training experience a bit easier. You all tried your best and put good efforts in to adjust!! Puppies really are a lot of work, Im glad Kobe found some new friends!! 🤗🐾❤

I do agree that bigger dogs are easier and quicker to train. When buying a dog you reallllly have to research the breed and training techniques & methods especially since you’ve never had one. It’s okay, you never know what to expect out of something until you try it. I’m glad he’s going to a family near and dear and will have another dog to play with. Try again later when you have a little more time on your hands. Ppl always quick to judge as if they have room to- weird.
although the original owners said the dog was trained, you have to take what they said lightly considering he’s 4 months.. not only that you was bringing koby into a new environment which dogs in general have to get used to.. but i understand everything is a learning experience. pets aren’t meant for everyone for a variety reasons
Not true for every dog. My dog Aries will still be other places, the trainer did tell me I have to show him who’s the boss, I’m not as aggressive toward him like the trainer, it’s for each is own tho.
My twins just passed , same breed . 17 years they lived. I would of taken him. They do excitement pee if they are not fixed , also they are naturally oily breed so they say 1x month baths , we did 2xs a month grooming at groomers. They did fine and stayed fresh in between with a spray and wipes and combing. Also he can go outside in your own yard , they should of said in public areas if not vaccinated for viruses fully yet. But for vet to say not at all is crazzzyyyy
I got a puppy 3 years ago while working 2 full time jobs and in nursing school. I went through puppy depression and wanted to return my fur baby but I’m glad I didn’t. It was hard work training her to go outside to potty. My baby is not crate trained but she has adjusted to my schedule and I pay for her to go day camp and socialize. She is the sweetest. As far as dog smell you use dog wipes everyday and they have dog fragrance spray. I’m just glad Kobe got a home but I am sick of influencers getting a dog and just getting rid of them but I understand it’s hard

Love the honesty. I have a 4 month old puppy rn and let me tell you if you don’t have the support or time don’t adopt! I crate train too and again it takes time and patience, but not gonna lie I be feeling bad too but it worked for my childhood dog and it’s working great for my puppy now. My aunt adopted my puppy originally along with another puppy and she couldn’t do it because she travels a lot for work so she rehomed one of the puppies with me. You’re doing a great job by not neglecting Kobe and making sure he goes to a good home. #FREEKOBE Love y’all! ❤

This is exactly why dogs should never be given as gifts. You shouldn’t get a dog unless you’re fully informed about the breed and prepared to meet their needs. Puppies require consistent training, and any prior training they’ve had still needs reinforcement. It sounds like they gave up because dealing with the behaviors was inconvenient-barking, crying, and accidents are all normal parts of raising a puppy. With the resources they have, they could’ve sent him to training and worked through it. Hopefully, he’ll find a family that’s ready to give him the care and commitment he deserves.

To be honest it happens to the best of us. I’m not a RUclipsr and this happened to me. My babies really wanted a dog and we got a small dog and it was too much to train him and also he was not a hypo allergenic dog so I was allergic. Same thing happened to my best friend. I feel like we jump the gun and want to make the kids happy but getting a dog is just like having another kid but a little more harder at first.
Ive had shih tzus all my life and they are easy to train. It does take time but once they get it, they get it. They are hypoallergenic because they don’t shade like other dogs. If your family had allergies with a Shih-Tzus don’t ever get a bully or anything that’s not hypoallergenic cause it’ll be way worse. Shih tzus are the perfect pet. So loving and smart. Glad you found him a loving home.
I got my Yorkie super early away from her mom and the vet said she has a clingy personality. When she got home, the house was a playhouse to her. With the puppy pads you have to keep saying things like pad, potty, yayyyy potty so they know oh I go potty here and cheer and clap and even give pieces of treats so they can catch on, it does take time but they won’t potty outside of that. Crate training is so important, what helped me was covering the cage with the bad thing but when she stopped sometimes I let her out. They catch on but no lie it is a lot,my dog never goes outside unless held and she faithfully goes to her pad. As far as eating, for like a year my dog would only eat out my hand and she still takes her food out the bowl, she has a designated placed where her food is. She taps me when she is hungry and I’ll say you want food and she will run in circles and get excited. You literally have to train them hard cause any interference will throw them off especially young, I don’t think y’all are bad people at all you have giving Kobe to a lovely new home with a sibling so sweet! But big dogs are mucccccchhh worse we had a Husky, man man man

My daughter wasn't responsible enough and she's highly allergic to dogs we thought hypo allergenic products would've helped but I did what was best for her she wouldn't have gotten the proper care she needed

I understand why you’re getting rid of him (seems like the best decision), I just wish people did research BEFORE getting a dog. It’s a commitment and the puppy stage is HARD. It doesn’t last forever, but it takes time and patience. I wanted to get rid of my dog many times when I first got him, but we’re almost 4 years in and things are much better and I’m glad I didn’t give up on him. I hope you find a good, stable home for him. I would hate to see him have to change homes again. People don’t realize how hard that is for dogs and how easily they develop anxiety. 🙏🏾

I got a baby pit for my daughter last JUNE. She is 3 and really loves dogs and I grew up with lots of pits so I figured I could do it even though I had a 3 month old baby as well. Bought everything he needed and got his vaccination but he tore my place up and was biting my daughter hair and pulling her hair with his teeth. And she was super allergic, bumps all over and I would constantly itch too. I cried so bad because it was so overwhelming. He was gone by JULY and I truly tried my best. The training camps required him to be 8 weeks and I wasn’t trying to hold on 3 more weeks. So I totally get it, it’s a learning experience for sure.
Definitely didn't think it through. Glad Kobe is going to a loving home.

Hey y'all!!!! I definitely understand, my daughter was gifted a pup last year and it was hell on wheels trying to train her. After 3 months we had to give her to a new home that had the time and experience. She is now thriving and we still get to see her!! Good job you guys, you did the right thing!!

I apologize if misinformation has been spread about our pups being potty trained through one of my former staff member the first time you visited us. I’d like to make it clear that none of our puppies in store are potty trained. I spoke to you on the phone and highly encouraged crate training him to make the potty training experience a bit easier. You all tried your best and put good efforts in to adjust!! Puppies really are a lot of work, Im glad Kobe found some new friends!! 🤗🐾❤

I do agree that bigger dogs are easier and quicker to train. When buying a dog you reallllly have to research the breed and training techniques & methods especially since you’ve never had one. It’s okay, you never know what to expect out of something until you try it. I’m glad he’s going to a family near and dear and will have another dog to play with. Try again later when you have a little more time on your hands. Ppl always quick to judge as if they have room to- weird.
although the original owners said the dog was trained, you have to take what they said lightly considering he’s 4 months.. not only that you was bringing koby into a new environment which dogs in general have to get used to.. but i understand everything is a learning experience. pets aren’t meant for everyone for a variety reasons

Not true for every dog. My dog Aries will still be other places, the trainer did tell me I have to show him who’s the boss, I’m not as aggressive toward him like the trainer, it’s for each is own tho.

My twins just passed , same breed . 17 years they lived. I would of taken him. They do excitement pee if they are not fixed , also they are naturally oily breed so they say 1x month baths , we did 2xs a month grooming at groomers. They did fine and stayed fresh in between with a spray and wipes and combing. Also he can go outside in your own yard , they should of said in public areas if not vaccinated for viruses fully yet. But for vet to say not at all is crazzzyyyy
I got a puppy 3 years ago while working 2 full time jobs and in nursing school. I went through puppy depression and wanted to return my fur baby but I’m glad I didn’t. It was hard work training her to go outside to potty. My baby is not crate trained but she has adjusted to my schedule and I pay for her to go day camp and socialize. She is the sweetest. As far as dog smell you use dog wipes everyday and they have dog fragrance spray. I’m just glad Kobe got a home but I am sick of influencers getting a dog and just getting rid of them but I understand it’s hard

Love the honesty. I have a 4 month old puppy rn and let me tell you if you don’t have the support or time don’t adopt! I crate train too and again it takes time and patience, but not gonna lie I be feeling bad too but it worked for my childhood dog and it’s working great for my puppy now. My aunt adopted my puppy originally along with another puppy and she couldn’t do it because she travels a lot for work so she rehomed one of the puppies with me. You’re doing a great job by not neglecting Kobe and making sure he goes to a good home. #FREEKOBE Love y’all! ❤

My favorite (BULLY PITS). As a dog lover, I would be happy to hear a responsible person admit they took on something that is more then they thought it would be. This is exactly why dogs should never be given as gifts. You shouldn’t get a dog unless you’re fully informed about the breed and prepared to meet their needs. Puppies require consistent training, and any prior training they’ve had still needs reinforcement. It sounds like they gave up because dealing with the behaviors was inconvenient-barking, crying, and accidents are all normal parts of raising a puppy. With the resources they have, they could’ve sent him to training and worked through it. Hopefully, he’ll find a family that’s ready to give him the care and commitment he deserves.

To be honest it happens to the best of us. I’m not a RUclipsr and this happened to me. My babies really wanted a dog and we got a small dog and it was too much to train him and also he was not a hypo allergenic dog so I was allergic. Same thing happened to my best friend. I feel like we jump the gun and want to make the kids happy but getting a dog is just like having another kid but a little more harder at first.
If I didn’t just get a new dog last year I would have taken him in ❤ praying you find the best owner for him.

Ive had shih tzus all my life and they are easy to train. It does take time but once they get it, they get it.
They are hypoallergenic because they don’t shade like other dogs. If your family had allergies with a Shih-Tzus don’t ever get a bully or anything that’s not hypoallergenic cause it’ll be way worse.
Shih tzus are the perfect pet. So loving and smart. Glad you found him a loving home.
I got my Yorkie super early away from her mom and the vet said she has a clingy personality. When she got home, the house was a playhouse to her. With the puppy pads you have to keep saying things like pad, potty, yayyyy potty so they know oh I go potty here and cheer and clap and even give pieces of treats so they can catch on, it does take time but they won’t potty outside of that. Crate training is so important, what helped me was covering the cage with the bad thing but when she stopped sometimes I let her out. They catch on but no lie it is a lot,my dog never goes outside unless held and she faithfully goes to her pad. As far as eating, for like a year my dog would only eat out my hand and she still takes her food out the bowl, she has a designated placed where her food is. She taps me when she is hungry and I’ll say you want food and she will run in circles and get excited. You literally have to train them hard cause any interference will throw them off especially young, I don’t think y’all are bad people at all you have giving Kobe to a lovely new home with a sibling so sweet! But big dogs are mucccccchhh worse we had a Husky, man man man

My daughter got a baby puppy when she turned 9 as a bday gift I'll be honest I gave her away a week later. My daughter wasn't responsible enough and she's highly allergic to dogs we thought hypo allergenic products would've helped but I did what was best for her she wouldn't have gotten the proper care she needed

I understand why you’re getting rid of him (seems like the best decision), I just wish people did research BEFORE getting a dog. It’s a commitment and the puppy stage is HARD. It doesn’t last forever, but it takes time and patience. I wanted to get rid of my dog many times when I first got him, but we’re almost 4 years in and things are much better and I’m glad I didn’t give up on him. I hope you find a good, stable home for him. I would hate to see him have to change homes again. People don’t realize how hard that is for dogs and how easily they develop anxiety. 🙏🏾
