I just got the Pocket 3 a couple of months ago... aaaaand I might be getting a drone very soon too. For me it is about being able to capture different types of photos and video clips. A camera can capture certain shots, a drone captures very different shots. A camera can record video, but the Pocket 3 allows you to record stabilized handheld video for b-roll or a-roll. So they all serve a different purpose, they are different tools. Also I know for a fact that Thomas Heaton uses the Pocket 3, as does Gavin Hardcastle and Adam Gibbs... so they are using the lightweight, convenient tools too. FINALLY, I like the second to last photo the best... something about having both foreground and background interest and the diagonal lines. Thanks for sharing!

Exciting! I agree they do all serve different purposes. At the moment, I’m slightly annoyed as I can’t shoot in d-log 10 bit on the pocket as my free version of DaVinci Resolve doesn’t support it, so that’s another upgrade I’ll be having to get. I’ll get there eventually haha
