Agree Jack is a fantastic PR for BAM I hope his bosses view these videos and appreciate him as very valued member of staff. Not forgetting Neil for the great filming and coverage of this massive project.
I’ll watch the bridge span install tonight if I can stay awake. I’m sure Neil you’ll but out edited highlights later. This is going to be amazing to watch can’t wait.
If only we had those resources back in 1994. It was 1993/1994 that structural engineers told me the phrase "maintenance holiday". I didn't have a lot to work with budget wise😳😳 But we did our best. My view was with assets over 150 years old we couldn't afford maintenance holidays, especially on bridge bearings etc etc, Eg basic maintenance, even just removing invasive issues such as Buddleia. The chaps at Exeter were always a pleasure to work with, Eg Peter Haigh et al., for DSW and all things Devon and Cornwall 👍✌️😊
Well done Jack , you really have done a fantastic job of overseeing this whole project. Thank you Neil for all the updates with Jack. Also thanks to the work force for doing a wonderful job.
