You are correct, this brand I used would suit pescitarian diet, however you can get Worcester sauce suitable for vegetarians. Try the hendersons brand 😊
This is called Welsh Rarebit. I used to make this in the bakery..Mix all ingredients together into a bowl...Part grill toast,then spread ingredients onto bread and put under the grill...Cut the onion thin enough no need to soffen onions...You can also add grated carrot to the mixture.

The bakery that I worked in had an eating area for snacks and Welsh Rarebit was one of the snacks that we made. We would serve it with a side salad. It was very popular...I think that your subs will enjoy your recipe in your video. It pimps up ordinary cheese on toast. So tasty
