    @ 7:04 you say "allow this it to work back", does this mean allow the barrell to work back and down before it works up?

      Yes, you got it. Proper sequence has a huge impact on being able to stay inside too. Starting with the lower half helps to get the barrel tipped back, which helps it stay connected to the body during the early part of the swing.
