Police are required to identify themselves when giving a move on order. Since the female officer gave the order but failed to identify, the order may be considered invalid. The most sloppy police work I have seen in a long time.

The secret to dealing with your paid Trustees/Public-servants is just two words….CONDITIONAL acceptance. Would it not be best-business-practice to be the polite BUSINESS-man….NOT the victim.

Not if they give you a move on direction. Whether they have a lawful reason for giving you a move on order is another matter. They routinely give move on orders to anyone they don't like without any reason. It's up to you to take it to court. If you've got the money. Guilty until you pay to be recorded as innocent. No justice here.
