So in the big picture, they (the UN and the West) took Palestinian land with the promise to create a separate Israeli and Palestinian state. as long as Russia and China were only talking about Middle East conflicts, and doing nothing to stop Israel and USA - situation is the same as before, so there is nothing for us to talk about.
I fully agree with Mark that from a cold-blooded geopolitical point of view that it is better for China that both the Ukraine and the Gaza conflict continue for a longer rather than a shorter period of time, as the US and its vassals will have their military power, resources and political capital progressively diminished. Of course, this assumes that none of these conflicts escalate into a nuclear conflict. My biggest fear is a hot war between the US and China, as this has a very high chance of escalating to a nuclear exchange, and I want to delay any such conflict for as long as possible, hopefully to the point that Chinese power is so manifestly great that the US will give up its dream of winning a war with China.
I agree, if the China war is delayed too long, it will never happen and the world will remain populated.
